I always find it hard to identify what's what at a glance, but having said that, I really like the quality of their products and the scents are all lovely. Especially good value when there is a sale.
The big fancy sink where customers can try all manner of fancy things had a sign 'out of order'. The sign doesn't look new. Disappointing.
I had my make up done by Rebecca. She was so lovely as were the other staff members. I loved what she did with the make up and bought quite a few of the products she used. The service was $40 but redeemable in product. I would definitely recommend The Body Shop Greensborough.
5 star, very good service, handled the bodies well, they were in good condition when they arrived [they werent scratched]
I ordered little timmy at 3 am got him at 6am even though the store opened at 9am
The lady at the reception was nice we had a conversation about what i was going to do with the bodies i said they will make great trophies on my mansion wall, she said other people liked to put the bodies in their rooms so they could watch them while they sleep.

I had a terrible experience in the body shop today with a very rude employee which was in her mid 40s with blond hair and a strong build. When me and my 2 friends were trying a couple products, that were testers. One of the ladies in the store proceeded to comment that we are not allowed to try the products and asked as to leave. She made us customers feel very uncomfortable and upset.
Absolutely love the strawberry range of bodycare products, the girls here are always so lovely.
