Zaque went above and beyond by talking me through the growth cycles of my hair, great advice on after care and when would be best for my next appointment. He even gave me a discount for an area that wasn't as hairy as expected. A+. As Arnold would say, "I'll be back! ".

Naturally, I was feeling apprehensive and vulnerable, but Zaque was very professional and also comforting. The service was surprisingly not as uncomfortable as I had expected, and I was very happy with the results. Highly recommended!

I agree that Zaque excels at what he does, but he has often come across as bored and jaded to me. Conversation was sometimes awkward, and I found him to be opinionated about some topics. Most upsetting for me was his mean-spirited attitude when I had to reschedule an appointment at short notice because I had to attend a funeral. Finally, the space he works in is quite claustrophobic. Hopefully the restrictions and lockdowns we have all lived through will have humbled him, but I won't be making any further appointments with him.
