Most delicious food and made fresh - the burgers are better at the Boat Shed Cafe.

Lessons always finish in about 2.5 hours rather than 3 hours. This was the 3 week start sailing 1 course. We had a different instructors every week and I'm not sure how much communication they had with each other. Theory was given to us often as if we already knew certain things so it was confusing. Theory was sometimes given in the middle of the lesson meaning we had to waste time getting tugged in by the motor boats one by one.
Decent value but I would have gained a bit more if I learnt more about sailing online myself before doing this.

We learnt a lot at our 3 hour introduction to sailing day lesson! It was fun and the instructors were friendly and informative! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to try something different. We were also very lucky to have amazing weather as well which was a bonus.

Both my children really enjoyed doing Tackers 2 and 3 courses there. Adam was always willing to answer my many questions. A really generous initiative was the Bring a Friend day at the end of the course. My children were delighted to spend the day sailing with their friends. We will definitely do another Tackers course there, thank you for a great experience!

Sailing class was very fun. Lena was patient and clear. She walked us through all the details and supervised the sailing practices. She was very patient and really understood how nervous ppl can be in their first sailing experience. Will book more classes in holidays.

Great location & the lake is the perfect place to learn to sail. Fantastic, professional and entertaining staff.
