I went here for lunch today with my friend, got loaded fries for a side since I wasn't hungry that much, didn't expect to have a side bigger than my friends main but it was really good and will probley feed me for a couple days

Enjoyed an awesome chilli omelette for Brekky before doing puffing Billy tour. Coffee and service was excellent. If you’re on a tour make sure you let the staff know. Also better to order in person as opposed to using the app IMHO.

After having read so many glowing reviews I was excited to visit after a trip on Puffing Billy.

I am unsure why but the service people seemed unwilling to take my order. When I finally got their attention they were cursory.

I was told not to sit at a certain table as it was reserved (no sign on it) so I chose another.

Food when it arrives came with no silverware, no napkins, no smile.

Maybe they were having a bad day?

Food was nice but it's hard to enjoy your meal when you are made to feel unwelcome

Very tasty, satisfying vegan salad - with vegan aioli and exceptional oat milk flat white and service?

I'm not sure what possessed me to buy the burner burger - not because it was so spicy, but becaise it was so large. Spice wise, it was just tasty - an appreciable heat, but not overpowering. Depending on your spice tolerance, of course.

Smashed it out of the park. Delicious food, short wait, friendly staff. What more could you want?

Love the Blacksmith! One of our local regular food joints, we go here all the time. They have a delicious menu and a great selection of bakery goods. Love the burgers. The arrancini balls and wraps are delicious and their pumpkin bread is our favorite bread. The cakes are to die for. We ordered a cheesecake for an event and everyone raved about it. It's presented so beautifully. Did I mention their hot drinks are great too! 5 stars all round on everything that they do! Can't recommend enough!

Local Belgrave Cafe with friendly service.
Open until 6pm so perfect for that "odd hour" snack on the way back from the Dandenongs.

Very busy when we visited mid afternoon.we sat outside as was full inside. Service was friendly and prompt.
We got our order within 20 mins roughly which was good considering full house. Coffee was ok just warm though could have been hotter burgers were ok nothing fantastic the sweet potatoe fries were the winner.

Readjusting previous low score I gave this place. Have been back since and breakfast and coffee is always consistently good. Meals sizes are excellent, cake cabinet is always deliciously stocked with an excellent selection. One of my favourite place to go because I know I'm going to be looked after and fed well.

Good snacks, coffee and particularly good fruit loaves and other breads to take away. Pleasant atmosphere. One of my regular choices to meet friends for coffee.

At first glance, I thought that this cafe would be cool and at first glance that's what you get. There's good music and asthetic looking decor but the coffee is REALLY burnt and the cafe feels overall, chaotic. They seem to be overstaffed and while I like the premise of this place, the execution of it is not particularly well done.

Great cafe, was a bit confused what to do when walking in as there was no staff to really greet and we were not sure if we should just sit down at a table or wait to be served. Other than that the food was really good quality and the atmosphere was very comfortable

Amazing food and decor good place for the family to come and eat friendly staff and amazing owners 10/10 place I highly recommend for you and your friends to check this cafe out when in Belgrave

Late coffee after the Belgrave Lantern festival. Friendly staff and decent coffee to warm the spirit on a chilly evening.

I really don‘t understand why it takes more than 30 minutes for us to get our food，just all breakfast dishes，not complicated at all，the people came after us even finished their meal and left，but we were still waiting….

Great location and quite comfy inside. Even with all the staff working however they are extremely slow to serve (too busy chatting with each other) and the food took over 50+ minutes to arrive. Food was decent but nothing special.

Plenty of other great cafes to try instead.

The pastries are delicious but unfortunately but I 've recently have had a couple of bad experiences with the new FOH/barista staff. Ordered a dirty chai this afternoon and it tasted sour, burnt and rancid. One sip was enough to make me wretch and gag in the middle of main street. Such a shame, I used to love the coffees here.
