The Berwick Village Vet

We have been taking our fur babies to see Jeremy and the team @ Berwick Village Vet for a few years now. I have loved always loved there service.

I am now so much more thankful to this kind, caring and loving team.

They have been wonderful in the last few weeks since we suddenly lost one of our fur babies. We where in such shock with the passing of our beloved Princess (Lilo). She was our families clown and so precious to us. The staff have helped us in our journey to grieve and say goodbye to our special girl. For this my family and I say THANK YOU. XXXX

5 star rating for a reason. When no other vets would fit me in at short notice, this practice would. Special thanks to Ruby and Deb for the personable attention I received. Highly recommend

I can't express my gratitude enough with the level of care and compassion shown to my pets by Jeremy, Debbie and nursing staff over the years. They always go above and beyond with their level of care before, during and after each visit. They really care for the animals they're entrusted with. My Alfie has had quite a few health issues over the last 4 years and each time, he has been looked after with so much care and compassion. Alfie has a grade 3 heart murmur, he needed dental extractions with anaesthetic. As there is a higher level of risk with even a low amount of anaesthetic given to dogs with heart problems, I was beside myself with anxiety over this procedure. Jeremy took the time to explain the entire process and put me at ease.
So here's Alfie looking a bit sore but recovering really well.

I am giving this one star to the incredibly rude receptionist/veterinary nurse that I encountered today. I wasn’t greeted, just told to put my puppy on the scales and then grilled about what heartworm treatment he’s currently on. She didn’t engage with my dog in any way. This in no way reflects on the amazing vets at this clinic at all. They are amazing. I brought her lack of engagement or manners up with the vet during my consultation and she said that maybe the receptionist was a bit overwhelmed with patients. It was just myself and another patient. As an ex vet nurse, she needs to learn some manners and how to smile.

My beautiful Marshall and I have been seeing Jeremy, Deb, Belinda & the amazing team of nurses at The Berwick Village Vet for his entire life!

Now at 13 my special old man is living happily and comfortable with a few health issues treated and identified by these incredible vets.

The knowledge, experience and professionalism of Deb and Jeremy is matched only by their compassion, kindness and understanding. This is also shown in the amazing nursing team who have personally stepped in for me on multiple occasions.

Words can’t describe how grateful we are for the treatment Marshall has received and warmness I’ve been met with throughout some of our struggles.

Well I don't have much to say except when my beautiful little fur baby was still here, they treated her like she was a person and not just an animal. Dr Jeremy can't fault him he did so much for my Tori girl, well not just him but the whole vet staff even to the point where they would come out to the car if needed.

We take our dog here. Nothing but positive things to say. Both nurses and vets are friendly and knowledgeable.

I've been a customer for many years. The staff are always professional, friendly and trustworthy. When I had to put my dog down they were very sensitive to my needs. Highly recommended

Thanks to local citizens and the Berwick Village Vets we got our precious cat back after 2 1/2 months it's amazing thank you so much! Definitely a vet committed to helping animals and their owners!

A wonderful experience today seeing Dr Jeremy for the first time with my almost 1 year old pup! Super knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things. The vet nurses were amazing too. Not my local vet, but defiantly worth the travel here, I’ll be back for sure:)

Vets who cares about your pets treats them like their own. They will take the time to explain and makes sure your ok.

This is a small personal village vets so you feel your pets are known and there is a great continuity of friendly, helpful and qualified staff.
I hold them in high regard and feel confident having my furchildren cared for by this professional group.

I've been coming to Jeremy for over a decade, he's delt with all my families animals. He's kind, understanding, and I always feel like they're in safe hands. I could not recommend village vet more.

Extremely Caring Vet Clinic - All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I took my dog here and was given honest and caring advice. When it came time for my dog to be pts, the vets were caring and compassionate, respecting my wishes. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for a local vet.
