The Beauty & Brow Parlour Leopold

I have been going here ever for many years and recieved a service from someone l was not familiar with (Perhaps a new staff member) and have been getting the same service everytime (A full face wax with a brow tint in a light brown) and once l walked out of the salon yesterday afternoon l saw that l had burn marks/skin missing on the right side of my face! I told her my skin was sensitive and told her the wax was a bit warm but she said "It is just your skin been sensitive". I rang and informed them of this requesting a refund or compensation but no further communication. I am beyond upset about the service with little to no communication and to top it off she made my eyebrows almost black since she left it on far to long (Again l always get light brown been a blonde).

Just had a facial wax she used the wrong wax, to hot and dropped wax into my eye taking off my eye lashes not happy what do l do with no eye lashes on one eye.

Absolutely love Hemani at your Leopold store. She gets my waxing and tinting right every time. She is such a happy person and it’s always a pleasure visiting

Quoted $65 to wax my husband's back, then charged us $90 because she waxed a tiny section (the size of a 50c peice!) on the back of his arm. Did not make it clear that removing 2 small patches of hair would cost an extra $25. Bin, door knobs, in general waxing room was filthy. Never again. You grasped the extra $25 at your own loss cause we will never return.

The services was amazing. Very professional and great work. The girl name is Rajni Rambani. Beautiful work. No words for her. Keep up the good work ️️️.

Hemani is very professional and knows all the work very well. She is very patient with the clients and gives very genuine and clear advice. Highly recommend her for her great great skills and professional client handling with care. Keep up the good work

Went to Leopald Geelong today for a Brazilian the lady I usually see was busy so told by young girl with glasses to come back in 25mins which I did. I agreed to have the young girl do the service as my regular lady was still busy. Laying and waiting in the room for the young girl. 20 minutes later I got dressed to leave there was no customers and the young girl was sitting at the desk playing on her phone
The only reason I kept coming back to Leopald I live in Charlemont was because of Massi she is a great asset to this company but now that she is leaving I will not be coming back here because the rest of the team there have no customer service skills and are rude
Especially after today. I don't even think any training will make any difference to the staff there company needs to hire more people like Massi

Terrible. I went in on 30 May for eyebrow threading and tint. She over threaded one of my brows terribly, I look ridiculous. When I called up today to see what they offer to fix it she said it’s likely the shape of my natural brow (no, I’ve been having my brows done for 10 years- it’s not) and then asked why I didn’t check yesterday. Trying to blame anything but their poor skills. It’s gone majorly downhill this year. Please avoid for the sake of your brows!

Also as a side note, they ask every customer if they want their lips threaded too. It’s rude.

Imani is the queen of brows. Amazing threading. If you need some shaping up look no further. I always get comment S on my brows after seeing her.

Very poor eyebrow thread and tint. The girl did them super thin, shapeless and completely mismatched. Now all I can do is wait for them to grow back and go elsewhere. So disappointed.

I Had a eyebrows Waxing with a girl name HIMANI.this is the first time, i am writing review for this store.i just told her to be careful, and she done fabulous job because Oh gosh! Last time the lady with short hair she done eyebrows waxing on me, she did so bad that make my skin so rashed and my skin was peeling after that but this time am super happy with himani She has done amazing service. She was so friendly.

Got some eyelash extensions done about 2 weeks ago still looking good none have fallen out yet very good service
