Ask for KARAM! She's good. First time getting my eyebrows done by her today (I don't have a nice natural eyebrow shape) & my usual go to eyebrow lady wasn't in today (unfortunately I forgot her name) I showed Karam a photo of how I want my eyebrows done and she managed to fix it the way I want it since I left unhappy from another worker three weeks back.

I been few weeks ago and charged $12 today I went she charged me $20

Very poor customer service and unwillingness to provide the services.
Firstly they dont answer the calls for booking, then when you reach 3 hours before closing they deny to do waxing services without providing any reason. They need to shut the store as "walk in service" is a joke. There were no clients waiting in queue only one service was getting done. Still they refused to provide assistance. And this is not the first time experience. The owners seriously need to look into the quality of customer services these workers provide. Highly disappointed

Eyebrows were done well but the pricing need to be clearly explained. I went in there because it was advertised outside that for Eyebrows threading it was $12 and they charged me $18 and when asked they said it was because my Eyebrows were fully grown. But it was not advertised that way or mentioned that way in the price list outside. I feel its a way of cheating people. Anyway not coming back again.

Karam did a very good job with both mine and my mothers eyebrows! She was very gentle and even pushed her break back to cater for us! Definitely recommend:)

The service was amazing, very comfortable and my eyebrows turned out great, I would definitely recommend sangeeta she me made the experience ten times better, and dose my eye brown perfectly.

The worst experience in terms of customer service. I had my baby with me and order to keep him quiet I gave him some treats and he threw a few tiny pieces on the floor, the lady got super upset and made sure to tell me off about my son making a mess. TWO times in front of other customers and she Gave a lecture at the end too. The worst part my baby cried and i chose to leave and YET only my job was HALF done they charged FULL…

Very Bad Customer Service. I went in 2 times asking for Facial and they didn’t approach me and they didn’t give me good welcome. I thought this “The Beauty & Brow Parlour”is a very decent business. They have no idea to talk and treat Customers.please Learn how to smile and talk first.there was a Tamil Indian Lady who wearing AirPods all the time, She is so aggressive. I guess she should learn how to smile and welcome for customers.this is my first time and last time. I never go to this branch.thank you.

Unbelievable. Staff repeatedly rude, despite this, I attempt to use their services again since my first interaction, however once again absolutely no consideration for their customers or their business.

Today, I come in and with another customer waiting, they asked if I'd come back in 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, I come back to them closing the shutter and telling me they are closed, despite them not due to close for another 45 minutes, and on top of this, they did not have a line of people waiting, therefore there I can't see how it would be necessary to waste my time just to close the shutters in my face.

Absolutely disgusting.

Would recommend this place to everyone! They are the best at doing eyebrows, and never seem to disappoint. Highly recommend. Today Wendy served me and she was amazing.

Was overcharged for my eyebrows threading done. I asked for a regular eyebrows threading. She asked me that it will cost you 18$ for shaping which was very unusual price if they are advertising threading for 12$.
Eyebrows threading always comes with shape. I didn't see why I was overcharged if I asked her to do my normal threading just in shape.
Advertising for 12$ threading was misleading

1hr wait time mid week. Went to another place in the same centre for an extra $7 and no wait. After this went back past the Brow Parlour 10 Mins later and no one was even in there

Get my eyebrows threaded here every time they grow out. Always get charged $10 to get my brows threaded as they are normally already shaped but need a clean up. Came on 14/03/2022 for the same service and this time was charged $15. I asked the lady that threaded my brows if it was $10 instead as on the price list, ‘brows’ is $10 and ‘eyebrow shaping’ is $15. She said I did eyebrow shaping but I don’t see why this is different to all the other times I’ve done it for $10? At that moment I didn’t realise I was overcharged until I went back and looked at past transactions. Like I mentioned, my brows already naturally have a shape, the hairs just grow out that’s why I get them cleaned up…

Put me on the the wait and someone walk in and start working on her and I m still on wait for 5 min v poor customer service

Thank you Vandy for your expert work. You identified the anomaly of my eye brows and rectified it to a greater extent. Very impressed. Cheapest I have ever paid for threading and looks fabulous. I’ll see you next time.

Says that they would open at 11am on jan 2nd, i showed up with a friend excited to get our brows done and there was no one there.wasted our time.

Girls here are quite efficient and the salon itself is very spacious allowing social distancing. There's a waiting area and they take card payments as well as cash. I've been getting threading done here for over two years and haven't been disappointed. They do a good job.
