Absolutely atrocious job. I tried to make her fix them a few times she was unsuccessful! What ever worker they had on at 5pm on Monday the 9th of January is hopless and cant even do a simple arch.my eyebrows aren't even even! And they have no arch! Literally if I could attach a picture I would
My first visit to Beauty and Brow in Sale. I was warmly welcomed by "Chrissy" who was working in the store today, Chrissy assisted and guided me through suggestions and options for me to consider. Had my eyebrows done here few times and it was great. Unfortunately this time I ended up with very uneven eyebrows that are hard to correct or fix, went home feeling really deflated and very sore from cuts left on my eyelids and eyebrow areas.
Had a really great experience while I was there, specially the lady sandeep is so professional and did a great job with my brows. I love it
Usually really really great but the new employee is terrible. Didn't come out to greet me just opened the door a crack to a dark room and said wait 10 mins, waited 17 mins and nothing so I walked out. Really annoyed.
DO NOT GO THERE! They are not qualified to wax. I warn you. She didn't know what the hell she was doing. Caked on the wax, and then couldn't get it off. Ripped, pulled, ripped some more. In the end, I told her to stop, not even half a job done. Almost tempted to just walk out with the wax still on. Excruciating pain! Ended up going to pure serenity to fix what this place is clearly not qualified to do.
Tiny little room, with no room to move. Wasn't offered a towel to cover up with. And, get this. She used the same stick in the wax pot. Can anyone say 'infection control, OHS'.
