Lady rushed cut under my eyebrows, won’t be coming again, much better options available in the shopping centre. Stay clear of this place.

Going there for months now. Never done my eyebrows anywhere else. FAIZA is the best there. Very polite and professional. She is really good with eyebrows. Highly recommended.

I have been going here for years, the service is always professional and friendly. I am particularly happy with Monica who gave me a lash lift and tint and eyebrow thread and tint a few weeks ago. The lashs have held so well, they look fluffy and perky and she even went to the trouble of tinting my bottom lashs for me which made a massive difference.

I was so excited to get my eyebrows done after having grown them out for so long.
There was only 1 staff member in store today. My eyebrows have been threaded unevenly. My eyebrows were not shaped properly. They have no shape to them actually. They look just as bushy as when I went in. They literally still look like catapillars. Looks like I let a child do my eyebrows. Do not recommend. What a disaster. Now to figure out how to fix them. Not impressed. $27 down the drain.

Let her friend push in line when the store was busy and lied, I left after that and went upstairs to other store - wasted 30 minutes.

Eye lash extensions. Did not last. On second day heaps fell out. Eyelashes had huge gaps was forced to remove the myself as they looked awful. Rang the store and told them, she was adamant had never happened to anyone. Refused to listen or agree to some sort of compensation. Charged $90. Had them done previously in Dandenong and it lasted four weeks.

I had a very bad experience yesterday at Fountain Gate Shopping Center (31.03.2023 around 7.00pm) the way i was treated. I was in the chair closer to front entrance. The girl who did my eyebrow was highly unprofessional in her manner and attitide and unfortunately i think its racially motivated as she carried a very different attitude towards other customers there. That young person need to learn to treat people equally. Very disappointed. Hope this feedback reaches her.

I’ve been going here for years. Absolutely love all the staff here. Never had any communication issues. I do make it clear what I am there for and that I have sensitive skin. They are all happy to accomodate.

I had a beautiful lady named Faiza serve me and she did my eyebrows perfectly. I will definitely return because their work and excellent customer service.

My eyebrows have never been so on fleek before. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you want to look like a baddie, go to the beauty & brow parlour.

I’ve never experienced such a rude human as I did in this store let alone customer service.

I was very unhappy with my experience here and I probably will never return nor will I ever recommend this place to my friends and family. My eyes are swollen and very sore the lady was extremely rough and was very rude.

Been to this place for brow threading but when I got it today it was horrible, the new lady left me with a very thin brows! Never going back there again!

Terrible, left my brows looking extremely uneven and patchy… I understand that eyebrows are not meant to be symmetrical but this was atrocious. I felt so embarrassed that I had to go home and pluck it myself to make it look somewhat better. Now I will be wearing makeup until they grow out again.

Lady who did my wax and threading was very nice and made me feel comfortable, she made sure to get as much hair as possible unlike some other places I’ve been to.

The most horrible customer service I've ever had in my life. I used this place for one year and never had an issue. Employee named preeti was so rude and misbehaved all through the service. She was plucking my eyebrow using a plucker so bad that I have red marks on my eyebrows. When I told her, she asked me to remember her name and not get her to do it next time and misbehaved like crazy. Never going here again. I've been here for a year and this was the behaviour.

Horrid customer service! Would give it 0 stars if I could. Went in last Sunday at noon time to get my eyebrows waxed. There was only one lady serving customers and after waiting approx 40 minutes, I was served.while I appreciate she was trying her best to finish the job quickly, she used burning hot wax and ripped the skin off my eyelids. I called the store the next day and was told by one lady working there not to put a review because that looks bad on the company. Soon after, I get a call from another lady letting me know that they cannot provide me with the owners number as the owner doesn’t answer calls and that I should send the lady the photos of my eyelids. No point talking to the people working there because the point was that the place needs more staff which can only be managed by a manager! Absolute shame and will not recommend this particular franchisee at fountain gate to anyone.

I am a frequent visitor at your premises and my go to place is the beauty brow parlour. Especially the fountain gate location. I would always recommend your services to other ladies and that’s how much trust I have in your organization.
But yesterday, the 25/02/22 Friday between 7-7.30pm, I had done a full face wax and I do this almost frequently and this is my go to service at your premises. I noticed that there were new beauticians working and I didn’t notice a familiar face. I still trusted your service and I still went ahead as usual.
The girl who conducted the full wax accidentally dropped a bunch of wax close to my hairline on my face. Now I understand that mistakes can happen, so I didn’t really say anything. She was trying to get rid of the wax and then she decided to cut my hair off. I was under the impression that Atleast she’ll will do a good job with cutting it off. But now it looks extremely horrible that I can’t tie my hair cause it looks like someone’s shaved it wrongly. Just shocking.
To add to that, the girl did my full face wax half heartedly and it was outrageous. I come to this location all the time and get almost the same thing done. So I know the procedure.
Furthermore, the lady didn’t clean my face after the waxing procedure with tea tree oil or even didn’t offer aloe Vera gel. She said nothing and just said “okay done”! I would have complained at that instance, but there was no senior present at your location and I knew this complaint wouldn’t have reached anyone.
This is sad, because I love coming to the fountain gate beauty brow parlour cause I know atleast most of the ladies working there. Even though they don’t know my name, when we see each other they know I am a regular.
But this girl treated me so badly as if she didn’t care whatsoever. I never get bubbles on my face after a wax and I have gotten this service over 20 times now and yesterday my face looked outrageous.
I have attached photos of the bad hair cut she did and the wax bits left on my face.
I paid for this “service” and I don’t think I should have paid for this considering I can’t even tie my hair anymore because of the damage that has been caused.
