Sadia was lovely. She took extra time to do my threading until I was satisfied. She threaded them and plucked them later. I was very happy with her customer service. Highly recommend:)

I visited this store today (12/4/23) at 2: 30 pm and Had very bad experience. Lady was not friendly she didn’t follow the steps written just in front of the mirror which was funny coz she was not following them. She was asking for brow trim which is very basic and obvious as it is a part of it, and then after finishing my brows she didn’t remove hair which was all over my face moreover, she didn’t apply the serum after doing my brows she just left me on the chair and went to the counter. Never going to visit this store again.

On the 30th of January 2023 at approximately 5pm I attended the dandenong plaza store to have my eyebrows threaded and the rest of my face waxed.

While having my face waxed the consultant had removed a portion of my eyebrow with wax which was unnecessary to the service (waxing my forehead which dripped onto my eyebrows)

I made her aware that there was wax in my eyebrows, however she advised me “don’t worry I’ll get it out”. Five minutes had passed and the wax had hardened, she attempted to remove the wax but was unsuccessful which resulted in a portion of the hair in my eyebrow to be removed.

I expressed my dissatisfaction of the appearance of my eyebrow which had become compromised due to her lack of duty of care whilst the service was being carried out.

I requested to speak to management, and was offered solutions which did not resolve my issue (to have the hair brushed up and to tint the area though there is hair missing) but this did not improve the appearance.

Worst service I have ever seen in my life. The attitude of the staff who did the eyebrow cleanup was unacceptable.

Very rude staff. I visit there yesterday for threading and the girl over there do it in a rough way and I got a deep cut and it’s start bleeding. Instead of accepting her fault she said me it’s your fault that you not hold it properly. Even I also knows threading but I didn’t made cut to anyone.

Came in for a brow wax, the lady refused to serve me due to no mask. I explained I literally have a physical medical certificate and showed her, she claimed it was management which I know it’s not. Ended up getting my brows done.out within 50 seconds.my friend said when I walked out, “did you get yours done? ”
The lady was so rude, the job was rushed. Wish I didn’t pay and definitely won’t be returning. Will make complaint higher up.

Their business hour online say that they closes at 5pm on Mondays, I came in at 4.35pm and was told by the girl there that they’re closed as she has to clean up. Disappointed but I thought it was understandable, I decided to come in at an earlier time today at 3.20, was made to wait until nearly 4pm before I could be served, that’s around 40 minutes of wait time which is honestly unacceptable. The store front was empty, no one at the reception desk, phone was left to to ring many times. Was told the worker was doing a full body wax on a client in the room, so I had no choice but to wait. Whilst waiting, there were up to 6 other customers who walked in and waited but left due to the long wait time and no one coming out to serve them. Now here’s the most annoying part, finally got my brows threaded, the outcome was super uneven brows and the girl took so much hair off my right eyebrow, I have never seen it this thin in years and this has never happened whenever i got my brows threaded at their branch in Chadstone. The worker was also unfriendly, no smiles, no apology for long wait time and no thank you when i went to pay. If you guys want to keep your business, consider hiring at least a receptionist or more staff, you’re losing so many potential customers. To other customers: be careful who you allow to touch your brows because not all their staff have the same skill level and experience. My brows are messed up now.

I visit the South Yarra Parlour and Hetal does an amazing job with my eyebrows and my eyelash tint. She is so lovely and always makes sure I am totally happy. I highly recommend the South Yarra Parlour.

Poor customer service. Felt like a very rushed job. Brows did not even match at the end. Disappointing experience

Good service and the price is affordable. The only downside is the ladies seem to always be in a rush to finish.

The staff are not very friendly at any of the franchises they want you out as quick as possible and can be very rude and abrupt. In saying that the lady who wears the scarf over her hair at the dandenong store did a great job on my brows was very happy with the result and she was nice
