Very poor customer service.
I wasn't happy with my experience at all. The lady working there didn't even wash her hands and just started threading right away without any cleaning or sanitizing.
Overall a terrible experience and I don't recommend it.

Rajvir was very kind during my threading visit on Friday 27/9. She was meant to finish at 4 (public holiday!) but due to another client taking longer than expected she continued to work post her finish time to ensure that I could have my brows done.
She was extremely kind but also ensured that she did not rush my brows.
I am extremely thankful for her dedication. I am very happy with the outcome which was my brows looking lovely.

I went to the Barkley Square B&B Parlour. Pranisha was amazing! She shaped my disgustingly disfigured eyebrows beautifully. She also dyed them. I was extremely happy to say the least. And the price was very cheap in comparison to other places I have been to. Can't rave enough. Pranisha was also very good at threading and she explained everything she was doing to me along the way. Star employee! I'll be going back. Thanks Pranisha.

Have come here twice before to get my eyebrows cleaned up, and both times Arezo has done a great job! I love how convenient this place is to come to also!

I used to come here all the time, and it was good. However, twice I’ve been this year and both times they have made my eyebrows uneven. I wasn’t going to go back after the first time, but the location is so convenient for me. I think now I’ll have to go out of my way as it’s really annoying and I don’t know if my eyebrows will grow back to be the same as they were.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Shadi always does my threading and tint perfectly. Thank you!

Great threading place. Only 1 staff on a weekend so there was quite a queue but overall a great experience.

Really disappointed in my brow threading today, normally the job has been good but today the lady did my eyebrows so thinly I burst into tears afterwards because I have nice thick brows and now half of them are gone. There are also hairs left all around and it's very messily done. She also did not brush the hairs off my face or put gel on me instead left the hairs all over my face and passed me a cotton bud after I had to ask for gel. She complained the whole way through about how tired she was and clearly did not want to be there. Really poor quality.

Amazing friendly service! They have An eye for detail and very happy with the finished result. Got eyebrow threading with minimal pain and lash tint from Pranisha and she nailed It! Will definitely be back.

After coming here for several months, I came in today for an eyebrow shaping asked specifically to keep the shape of my brows not to impact the thickness but just to clean up the edges and i e walked out nearly in tears.completely different shape, very thin I don’t even feel like myself. My face was also bleeding and when i expressed how it was much thinner than I asked she simply disagreed and asked me how i would like to pay. Safe to say I won’t be returning or recommending this establishment ever again.

Horrifyingly bad. The person who did my eyebrow threading was unwell - sneezing, sniffing and wiping her nose on her hands. She was rude and unfriendly and it hurt far more than usual. When finished I saw that they were uneven with a chunk taken from one of them, and many hairs left that should have been removed. All of this I could let go and simply never return; but she has left a large mark on my upper nose from where the thread has been pulled across. 5 days later it is still an open wound, bleeding and weeping. I’m concerned that it will get infected and I am considering going to a doctor as it’s just not healing. I have been going to my usual threading service in high point for years and have never had this issue. Having a mark on your face is obviously very upsetting and I am so annoyed that this has happened.

When the lady was waxing my eyebrows, it also went onto my eyelid and resulted in some of my eyelashes being ripped out. She said it’s because my eyelid isn’t long enough but 1. I have plenty of space on my eyelids and 2. This has never been an issue before, and wasn’t an issue on the other eye. No I have little to no eyelashes on the outer corner of my eye and that’s pretty unacceptable.
