I’ve been here several times. But I had eyebrow threading with Prehta twice and it was really good. She is professional and polite. Also she is doing her job well.

Came at 4: 25 where it says closed at 5pm. They had the doors shut and when I asked why it says 5pm online the lady rolled her eyes at me and said something through the window which I couldn’t hear. Also time and time again they completely mess up my eyebrow shape and ignore what I ask for.rarely have a good experience here, if there were more eyebrow parlours near me I wouldn’t bring my business here

I use to go there for every service but last week when I had my arms wax done, they burnt my skin and leave my arms with patches on it. It was red for first 2-3 days and now turns black as the skin is burnt thus my skin feels like a polythene from where it is burnt. So stressed how to get it well, completely unsatisfied from their service.

Been here quite few times, always had a great experience. But today I went and there was a girl with glasses was so rude and disrespectful that I couldn’t even stand for a second and had to leave without getting my eyebrows done. Very very poor customer service.

Despite the wait, the eyebrow threading only takes 5-10 minutes and the results are always consistent: D

I have been going to this parlour for 3 years now, and the service is excellent.
Jyoti is very professional and she does a great job everytime I visit.
She is highly skilled and a dedicated beautician. Highly recommended going to beauty and brow tarneit.

Extremely inconsiderate and impolite staff. Went to the parlour 25 minutes before closing time to get my eyebrows threaded however was turned away by 2 staff members as they claimed that the store had to be cleaned and one staff member also stated that she had plans and somewhere to be afterwards. This was highly unprofessional on many levels as it is clearly advertised that the store closes at 5pm not 4: 35pm.
My last experience at this place was also a horrible one as the lady who did my eyebrows threaded off almost half of my eyebrow and completely ruined the shape after I told her multiple times to maintain the thickness of my brows. Never returning to this parlour ever again.

Customer service at this store is terrible. Whoever they have answering their phones and taking bookings, should not be. Maybe the top beautician should, as I’m sure they would love to take appointments and not just hang up on their customers.

I don’t recommend it as I went to this beauty salon Monday morning and a very young lady did eyebrow threading and facial wax and made a wound under my eye and it’s still burning

Busy place, should work on appointments basis, can't be bothered waiting for 45min to an hour for eyebrows

I just had my eyebrow threading today and wanted just a clean-up of my brows as it was already in shape, but the lady who did my brows made it very thin and uneven. I came back after an hour to inform that I wasn’t happy with the service and if they can fix my brows as it was uneven, but she firmly said that she can’t do anything about it anymore.

They made my eyebrows so uneven. I told the lady to please even them out three different times. She kept saying “no thicker is in”, “thicker is nicer” but only one of my eyebrows was thick. Why would I want 1 thick eyebrow. I left really upset. Because she just wouldn’t listen to me.

The only reason why I get my eyebrows threaded here is Jyoti. I’ve never had a bad experience with her. She’s very friendly, accommodating and good at what she does. I don’t even mind waiting as long as she does my eyebrows. Thank you Jyoti!

They charged me $22 for doing simple eye brows! I knew their cleaning and shaping business, thats why i told before that I needed cleaning! But was charged that much! I knew they are rude so did not make a fuss! But will never be going there and would not recommend any of my friends!

Worst experience ever. Adding a negative review for someone for the first time. I wish I could give them minus stars. Waste of $75, pathetic service, unprofessional staff. Paid for wax on all over my clothes and shoes. But the hairs on hands and legs are still there. The girl pulling the wax strips so aggressively that I got blood. Never going back.

I went to beauty brow parlour in Tarneit central on 22/12/2022 at 8: 40 pm for eyebrow and girl sitting inside alone with no customer and refused me to serve. She said that shop is closed because she is alone to do the cleaning and to do the end of day. She told me they are taking last customer at 8: 30. This never happened before. Guys if you don’t want to serve after 8: 30 then change your closing time. Don’t show on website services are open till 9 pm

The worst place to go! If you’re thinking about it don’t do it. They have the worst customer service! So rude and unprofessional and they are so slow and understaffed. You go early morning or during quiet hours and still have to wait 30 or more minutes. The workers don’t care they’re so slow and walk about not caring about others time. Never will go back. Also over priced for a trash experience tbh

Worst place to visit.girls working there are so rude they don’t know how to even talk to a customer I will never go there again I recommend not to visit this place ladies better to go somewhere else you are paying same may be less so we definitely deserve a better service!

So unprofessional. The lady over there was doing waxing nd suddenly she realised that she forgot to turn on wax heater. I told her several times it’s painful this time and she was like no ur having a waxing after long that’s why nd then she realised that she didn’t turn on the wax heater. Seriously nd afterthat, There was a rashes on my whole body
nd she said mayb u hv a skin problem.

I went there and asked the lady how long is the wait. She said come back in 25 mins and i did. And then she said i told u 25 mins didnt tell you you can do it. I said you should have told me i can book i would have. She said you never asked me. She was rude and unprofessional. Is this a joke? You r the business owner you tell your customer i can book you in so you can secure your spot. Its a shame that you run a business like a monopoly. I had to walk away with my 8 year old daughter. I have never had this experience ever.i have used the service there before two times and the job done was not great but i went to kmart so i went there. I called them no answer. If they answered call i would have booked an appointment. We belong to educated families. We dont mistreat people neither do we expect the same. Above all they charge different to the price list always. Never going there
