2 Before I start my review, GET THERE EARLY FOR THE BURNT ENDS!
What a way to end the weekend. We took the couples pack and it had brisket, pulled pork, buns, mac & cheese, pickles, pickled chillies, and coleslaw in it.
I could not fault any of the food, the brisket with the dipping sauce was the perfect combination of the smoke and sweetness your tastebuds desire.
The mac & cheese is creamy, thick and just delicious. The pulled pork was juicy without any sauce (now that is no easy task) and you could taste the fattiness of the pork in every bite.
Now the burnt ends! Oh my GOODNESS! They were absolutely the main event and it is pure joy in every bite, however if you snooze, you lose, so make sure to be there early.
The service was quick and very friendly, the true Australian way. I have attached an photo of the outdoor seating area, if you early it will make for a nice night as it gives a bit of a carnival feeling.
Had a couples pack, very generous serving especially with the brisket which is uncommon with many American BBQ places. All the food we had was great, really good brisket, pulled pork and Mac. Apple coleslaw is the perfect partner to cut the grease! Can't wait to come back and work through the menu!
