Dr Jordan McG and Dr Warren P are empathetic and professional GPs. I've been a client of this practice for 10+ years, all the staff and GPs are friendly and helpful.

I had an appointment last week with Jordan mcgarry the worst dr appointment I have ever had I was basically interrogated to my ability to work (severe back injury, I have had a tripel heart bypass, hypertension and diabetic I’m 58) this dr had no empathy and made me feel worthless, then when I asked about another issue I was told my 15 minutes were up, extremely disappointed with this experience!

I've been going to BGP since I moved here nearly 5 years ago and I've always had good care. Dr Amy Litras is an amazing, compassionate and professional doctor and a credit to the practice.

I waited 25 minutes on hold, only to be firstly told by the Receptionist that I would have to pay $140 for my son to see a Dr (as a new patient)! Then I got told there were no appointments that day.hardly very helpful when you're new to the area and your son is quite sick. Talk about making money out of vulnerable people! Disgraceful.

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment. Then 1 hour before my scheduled appointment they cancelled. How is it that a clinic can only have one doctor and nobody else can fit you in? Ballarat is becoming a really difficult place to see a doctor. May as well just go to Melbourne.

The friendliest and most helpful receptionists I have ever met, and Dr Lara Westbury is brilliant. She listened to everything I needed to say and was very easy to talk to (including telling me about the local festivals that I should go and experience!). I'm so glad that I chose BGP to register with.

Although I wasn't treated by a doctor because it was full and I'm not a local so I didn't book ahead. The young lady at reception was super friendly and was very helpful in directing me to another medical clinic with detailed directions. So all five star's go to her personality and helpfulness. Thank you:)

I've lived in Ballarat all my life and have finally found the best doctor here. Dickson Oh is professional, caring and the best at what he does. I can't speak more highly of him.

Slightly pricey for a GP, but you definitely get what you pay for. The doctors listen and are willing to put in an effort to get to know you and ensure your health is maintained.
