Fresh salads, good price. Rolls are just slapped together with no love or customer service. It’s a shame as they have great food just not friendly or trained at making nice sandwiches.

Great bahn mi and a great variety of pies & baked goods too. Their serving sizes are always generous with toppings piled on and prices are reasonable.

Rude staff bad coffee. The place needs to be shut down

The BBQ'd pork in my roll was that dry and tough, they should serve them with steak knives.

Website shows open to 3.30pm, but they always close and turn everything of around 2pm.it's so weird that they don't want the business?

Food and drinks are good.when they are open to get them!

I bought 2 Vietnamese pork rolls, no coriander and only one with chilli. One came with coriander and no chilli or cucumber, with cucumber being included in a pork roll.
I called the store and was told to bring the rolls back. They had been thrown in the bin, so basically to bad so sad. I will not be returning to this store

I have been a regular customer and I find that lately the staff has become very rude, selfish and stingy. The prices have been increased which is fair and totally understandable with the situation. But compromising the quality and standard of the food is disgusting. Will never visit this store ever again and would never recommend to anyone ever.

Get my coffee made with a smile everytime! Always nice and hot and the pastry stuff is absolutely awesome too.

Never will go here again I let the staff member know I couldn't eat was hard and dry she sad that was sad to hear.with that reply I said I'll add to my socials she said that would be fine.

Always come here for my fix. Rice paper rolls and pies are my favorite. Hubby always orders his pork roll. Beautiful staff as always.

The chicken & lettuce with special mayo are delicious as well as the egg & lettuce.if they’re all gone I go for the roast pork bahn mi with pâté & chilli.

This place is really concerning. The pie warmer isn't functioning properly. I'm a baker by trade and all the pies and sausage rolls are always cold, even at 12pm.

Paid $9.50 for a roll today and which normally cost me only $8.50. The pork served luke warm and was a bits dry and hard. Very disappointed

Raw pork out of the Bain-marie. Served at luke warm temperatures. When I asked them to test the temperature I was told they don't own a thermometer and the meat was cooked at another store so it's not their fault it's raw. They plan to keep selling it as is.

Hot Pastries.average at best with the exception of their chunky steak and cheese pie and sausage rolls. Everything else in that warmer - lacking in flavour.any flavour.the filled rolls or vietnamese style rolls are pretty good and decently priced.
The staff however always cheerful and polite from times visited.
