I purchased the teething amber beads necklace and bracelet, I contacted them to say the bracelet had broken and into little pieces which is mortifying when you have little ones as they could have choked on them. They finally emailed back to say they can’t do much but offer a small refund. I then went went to respond but email was gone, they either recalled it or I’ve deleted it. So I contacted them again to double check on their refund offer and they never responded. I’ve contacted them again another 4 times and I’ve been totally ignored - which does lead me to believe they recalled the email. Bad customer service! Never buying from them again! 0 STARS!

Beautiful teething amber necklace. Mother happy. Baby happy. Would be 5*'s but I had to enquire for the 'mail ETA'. I didn't hear back from Belinda but the envelope arrived day after!

I paid $13 for express shipping of an amber neckalce 2 days ago.but yet its still not here? I would of thought that $13 was paying for it to arrive the next day or MAXIMUM 2 days for that price?

Dissapointed a bit.

If it was booked with sendle.i will be more dissapointed as they dont even offer an express shipping option.

I bought this strap for my daughter as a gift.
When I received this, I found it was dirty.
Even my daughter asked me “Why is it dirty here? ”
She was looking forward to this but had a sad face and didn’t want to use it.
It could be used but I wouldn’t have paid for this product if I knew I would receive a product like this.
I understand that the values of dirtiness may vary from person to person.
I sent a email to The Baby Spot last Friday to ask about the product.

She replied below the message
“I will check tomorrow, but I don't think it's dirt, I think it is so the ends do not fray.

Unfortunately It’s been a week since then and she hasn’t contacted me.
I wouldn’t use this product, but I was disappointed with the support.
I should have ordered only sunglasses.

I was looking for an Australian on-line shopping site for infants and babies.
I have recently become a grandmother and was looking for updated information and products for my grandsons and for children in our family, extended family and friends.

Excellent service. A product we ordered was out of stock and they contacted us immediately to let us know. Staff were fantastic to deal with and offered several options. We were happy to wait and goods arrived a week later, Very pleased and impressed.

I knew my order could take up to three weeks to be delivered, and that wasn't a problem, however, after receiving an email saying it had been dispatched, and it being an Australian company, I started to worry after a week or two of not receiving it; post in Australia doesn't take that long! I attempted to track my order, without success, and after several attempts explaining (and sending screen shots) to the business owner, demonstrating that the tracking number didn't work and getting no logical explanation or friendly customer assistance, I contacted Australia post. Australia post were very professional, informing me that the tracking number is not one that can be tracked externally, but only internally, as it's a tracking number from China. They also told me the whereabouts of my item. I had made the wrong assumption that this Australian company shipped from Australia, that's not the case, at least now I know that the stock is sent from China and wherever else. I still haven't received the item, although it hasn't been quite three weeks, and I'll have to go through the lengthy process of calling Australia Post if I want to know where the item is, as it's clear The Baby Spot aren't capable of, or don't want to be, of any help. Needless to say, I've started buying from their competitors, there's heaps of choice out there, many professional companies to chose from who care about their customers, whose tracking numbers work and who communicate in a logical and concerned manner.

I have used The Baby Spot twice to purchase teething bracelets/necklaces for my son. Each time the service has been excellent - quick delivery and great communication.

The products have been perfect and I love that they come with authentication certificate.

I would definitely check out other products that they sell.
