Great hifi shop. I recently upgraded my turntable by purchasing a Project x2. They fitted a cartridge I supplied without charging extra, which they weren't obliged to and checked it over and realigned the cartridge a few weeks later to address some minor issues.
I really appreciated their professional customer support and I urge people to support bricks and mortar stores like Audio Experts to fulfil their audio/av needs. You'll also be able to hear great gear demonstrated by knowledgeable people

Bought the Anthem 1140 during lockdown through Steve at Audio Experts. A step up from the Denon that I had. I was on the fence before I got it and Steve helped me with the process. This is my local hifi store and I drop in all the time to 'browse' equipment, speakers and vinyl. Staff are always friendly and happy to chat or offer advice. When I decided on the KEF LS50 WII & KC62 during lockdown the availability of stock was always going to be an issue. Not only did Steve manage to solve that problem, I reckon I got everything at an unbeatable price.

Great showrooms and variety of medium to high end equipment. For someone who doesn't know a lot about sound, you quickly learn what you are missing out on! Guy was extremely helpful to me and even though I was not committed to buying anything this day, he acknowledged its a long process for some and spent lots of time with me going through my desired system!
Will definitely be going back when I'm ready to buy.

Wednesday, Rang and ordered an SVS Wireless Speaker system and needed it sent to Brisbane in time for a birthday on the Tuesday. Within 10 minutes had credit card payment done over phone and Kee had arranged for direct delivery to my work place. Sent me tracking number as well. It arrived on the Monday in time to wrap and gift on the Tuesday. Big shout out to Kee and her team at the Audio Experts for great service. By the way the SVS is a great little system with big high quality sound.

I popped in to obtain some advice around a technical issue I was having with my home cinema set up. Steve was most helpful and the advice, and products, he provided me with fixed my problem (with a call out from Steve to my premises). The products Steve suggested were top of the line for Audio and I am more than happy with how they contribute to the quality of the sound in my living room. Keep up the great work Steve and team.
