I am so happy I had this done, and that it was done by Mat and his gang. Getting this extra storage space has made a huge difference - I just wish I had it done sooner. It was great that Mat came around to do the quote, as I had many questions and a wish list that he kindly worked through with me, and I now have ended up with the best space possible. And the fact that he can install the Velux roof windows too has made a huge difference to the space. I can tell that Mat takes pride in his work as he only uses the best materials. His work is top quality - built to last. I highly recommend The Attic Guys Melbourne.

Several years ago they installed a dust-proof storage space into our attic and I can’t speak highly enough about the thoughtfulness of design, quality of work and their overall professionalism. Great to deal with personally as well. They are a family business that clearly takes pride in what they do.

After having used a different company for my previous attic work and being give a less than satisfactory experience, I gave Mat a call and everything about working with this company was nothing short of stellar. He was responsive, knowledgeable, showed up on time, and fit my ladder where the other folks said it wasn’t possible. Mat installed an attic ladder for us, two whirlybirds and filled in the original attic access hole. He has done such a great job and what a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Its been 3 years since Matt came to quote and ultimately do the job of our attic Storage space. Thanks to Matt being a professional registered builder he was able to point out the errors from an alternative quote that would have been disastrous. Some companies will send out a sales person who is NOT a builder. Matt gave us a great space that is the best money we spent on out mini renovation. You could not ask more from a business and I would HIGHLY recommend them. They were able to quote on the day and book in shortly after. The work was quick, efficient and done to a very high standard. Their advice was helpful and follow up service responsive. Apart from the excellent service from Matt and Luke, the space is so useful - should have done it years ago. Matt was recommended to me by a mate who’s a small builder of custom homes at the ‘quality end’ of the residential market. His was not only the best of three prices but he also made a couple of smart suggestions that saved me a few additional dollars and gave a better look to the overall job.

I meant to post this review two years ago when the skylights were installed, but maybe leaving it for awhile has been a blessing, because I can also note here that two years on all skylights are still perfoming perfectly and look as good as the day they went in.

I’d definitely purchase from The Attic Guys again.
