JAKOB WAS THE BEST WAITER! He honestly made my sisters hens dinner go so smoothly and it’s so hard to come by PHENOMENAL customer service.

Very good, the food was delicious and Julia the manager was attentive, friendly, great service and prompt with the food what a great asset to the Atrium, and Bess was also attentive, kind and friendly. Thanks for a great night!

I wanted to write this review because if I knew what the food and service was actually like I most definitely would not have booked, hopefully I keep others from my experience. I think it’s only fair that the restaurant and potential customers are aware of the quality. When we entered the restaurant, the waitresses overall were kind, but were rushed in their approach. For example the fish of the day was mentioned to us as we were about to sit down, when it could of waited until we were fully settled. The beetroot dish that we ordered for starters was enjoyable but it went downhill from there. The bread and olive dish was very underwhelming, with the bread virtually being a cake, very sweet and crumbly- did not match the sauce and olives. For the mains, the chicken, lamb and beef dishes were small portioned (which is expected), but all tasted extremely bland, with the potatoes and carrot being well undercooked. There was no seasoning, flavours or textures considered at all when this menu was created. Considering the price we were paying and the waiting time for the food, the expectation was much higher than what was given. We paid a total of $193 for 3 of us (we did not get any drinks), we finished off our evening eating food from home. Food overall was a solid 4/10. I don’t like writing reviews like this but I do believe in the importance of honest feedback. I hope management considers my feedback in future business. The ambience of the restaurant was very beautiful and it is a shame that the food dragged it down.

Went to The Atrium as they had on offer a seafood platter (which we came especially for). Upon entry we couldn't help but notice how stunning they place is. The staff where very friendly and we where seated at a beautiful table with plenty of pillows and a very comfortable bench seating. Perfect for a romantic lunch. It would have been great if the effort they put into their decor extended to the incredible over priced, bland and lacklustre food. Being a lovers of a good seafood plater we were excited to see what $290 would bring for a 2 person serve only to find that it consisted of 4 prawns (not properly poop shooted), 4 room temperature and off tasting oysters, 6 slivers of the most bland tuna, a tiny serving of pickled fish, a Coles inspired salad, cold chips (which were sent back). The lobster was.just OK, with the real highlight being the wildly uneven 2 crab claws and the dipping sauce for the chips. This was garnished with 2 unwashed lemons (plenty of dirt on the rind) that where just cut in half and slimy, off smelling seaweed atop a bed of pebbles that took up most of the plate. All in all, a single person serve of honestly terrible food that left us still hungry. Maybe the worst $300 I've ever spent. The wait staff where lovely and very professional, it would have been nice to get a response from management or the kitchen after she passed on our complaints, especially seeing as it wasn't busy been a quite Tuesday afternoon. Very disappointed and won't be back

Very disappointing. Food was mediocre, service was lackluster and haphazard (some plates delivered significantly late), but the atmosphere was at least ok

We had a really pleasant experience here. Food is nice, good value and service was okay. My only comment is on the density of seating, so much so that you actually can’t get around from your table to get out without someone else having to pull there chair in. We had an early dinner and there were empty tables the whole time we were there across from our section. However, everyone dining was lined up on one side on top of each other basically. This may be practical for service, but for diner experience it’s poor. Everyone around us was uncomfortable and making comments to each other about why we are all on one side when there is clearly space to spread out. As I said, most of these tables were empty the entire 2.5 hours we were dining.

Fantastic venue, the food was amazing and service even better. Special mention to Zoe who was awesome! Will definitely visit again soon!

We were pretty excited to come to the Atrium but we’re quite disappointed. The food was ok but for the price tag it’s not really up to that standard.
The worst part was that we were basically ignored by staff apart from 2 people (who seemed to be doing everything for everyone), 2 other staff member literally were just walking back fourth constantly avoiding eye contact

We came here for an experience and we certainly did along with an extreme and pleasant customer service.

Ignoring how much we spent, we went for the seafood platter for two along with champagne and non-alcoholic drinks.

Greeted by the Chef, we were given tips upon eating the seafood platter that came with caviar and dips.

Coming from interstate during the busy Easter 2023 period, I wanted a venue that had a sense of exclusivity and this definitely meets that requirement.

The only issue I have, is it would be nice if the bar was open for business earlier than 11.30am allowing patrons to enjoy the various offerings before getting into the booking afterwards.

My partner and I will definitely come here again in future.

We experienced atrocious service for the included al a carte breakfast service when staying at the hotel. Expect cold food, to be sat at a table and ignored, service to be disorderly, other people sat after you to be served before you, and complete lack of interest in your experience being anything other than the absolute bare minimum. Enjoy!

Food was ok, nothing special. Service was very slow…. Very very… took like 15-20min to bring our cake out - how many meters are there from the kitchen fridge to the table? And we were charged cake corkage, which is fine, but seriously it takes forever to get the leftover cake cut, so we just left without the cake - whatever… omg.wouldn’t recommend at all…

Dined at The Atrium for my partner’s 40th birthday. I had the Pure Black Striploin with potato gratin. It was an epic cut and generous portion. Super tasty and sticky jus that hangs to the fibres just the way you want. It had me wiping my plate clean. My partner went with the spanner crab pasta which was light, fluffy and full of flavour. We had the rice pudding and passion fruit brownie as our desserts. Oh and the oyster entree were creamy Pacific, from Tassie.
Our waiter was super attentive and we wanted for nothing so I’m pretty sure they’ve solved the staffing issues from the opening weeks. We will definitely be back with friends.

Dined at The Atrium last night to celebrate mums birthday, a table of 8. Well done on the great service, quality food and the ability to cater for kids, we'll be back.

The venue is very nice and the staff were very friendly. The food was OK but for the price I thought it would have been a lot better. The mains took over an hour to come out and our chips were cold and the lamb was over cooked. To fix this they offered us free dessert.
The seating layout needs to be better. Where we were sitting one person ends up looking at a white wall while the other gets to enjoy looking at the beautiful venue.
Not sure I'd come back.

Went with high expectations but were disappointed with underwhelming food. Staff very good. Would hope that in time they get their act together and we will go back.

As regular diners on the peninsula, we were blown away with the service we received at Atrium. We had Lisa and Jakob serve us during our visit and they were both extremely attentive, knowledgeable about the flavours of food and wine and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our visit. Jakob was very busy serving his section, however found time to check in and ensure we had everything we needed. A true asset to Atrium. Flavours of food were amazing and fresh, however the steak was a little chewy. Would come back for the service and atmosphere and recommend to friends
