The Athlete's Foot Traralgon

I was helped by a lovely young man name Sam who explained how athlete foot operates and measures ur feet. He helped me get the right type of footwear and made sure l was happy with the shoes before l bought them. I highly recommend this place and young Sam for their help and customer service.

Had a wonderful experience at this store. The service I received off Amanda was second to none. Amy was also super friendly. They were both extremely knowledgeable in the products. This is a great spot in Traralgon for buying new shoes. The team is very professional and friendly and know a lot about the shoes, and which one’s would fit your foot best. They also have formal ascent shoes here, so it’s not just sneakers. Sam was very helpful with us in finding the right shoe and very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for shoes in Traralgon, as it’s great compared to other stores.

Great experience buying shoes from these guys. The two youngsters who served me were fantastic, really polite, friendly and helpful and I actually ended up with super comfortable shoes, which is no mean feat for my arthritic riddled feet. Thank you, I will be back.

I was in this store a few days before Christmas (Dec 17). Shop was SO busy BUT a young fella working that day was amazing at acknowledging customers, advising them of the delay, served multiple people at once.

I made an appointment for a fitting today at Traralgon (Vic) store. The fitting machine was broken.great.but the sales person did a 10 sec manual review and recommended a Trail style shoe. However she had NO Stock. Her suggestion was i drive 80 minutes to the next store.is this really your level of service!

Very polite staff, I was happily surprised by the knowledge of the staff. I am very satisfied with my visit. Afterpay in-store was seamless and I felt reassured that if I had issues that I could come in and have a chat.

Jarrod was very helpful. After being measured he picked 3 pairs for me to try, and I ended up picking his first recommendation. As someone who usually finds it difficult to find shoes this was so easy and I will be returning for sure.
