The staff here are the worst. I have tried to purchase multiple times and they just socialise with friends. Don’t help customers or offer any advice. When you ask a question they act annoyed.

Ordered ASICS Gel-Nimbus 25 online and received the order (proudly packed by Melb Central) today. Upon opening the box both runners were left footed, one was 9.5 mens the other 9.5 women's.
I thought no big deal I'll head to my local one at Taylor's Lakes and exchange it. Turns out it is a big deal and you aren't actually able to do a straight swap because it wasn't packed by their store. Wanted me to pay for an item again and wait 5 days for a refund. I'm sorry but that's pretty ridiculous. Please do better when packing orders.

Yesterday I went in and was greeted by the lovely Maddy! I had a whole foot analysis done and got properly fitted! She was so helpful and kind. Thank you so much for your help Maddy! Great service and very friendly.

I was served by the wonderful Jasper today at the Elizabeth Street store in Melbourne. I was after the ASICS Kayano 29 which was recommended to me. We had a discussion about this and then Jasper took 3D scan of my fee. He recommended a few brands so I could feel the difference. I bought the ASICS and very happy. Thank you Jasper.

I made a booking for a fitting in April as I had been experiencing a lot of pain with my foot and knee. The man who did the analysis was spot on and recommended New Balance runners to give me more stability. Went for a run a few days later and barely had any pain, even afterwards. The recommendation was great for my needs, am feeling heaps better and I am thrilled. Thank you!

Amazing Experience here, Helped by Jaxen.was looking for a shoe to do this year’s Melbourne Iron Man 70.3

was helped from start to finish by doing a 3D Pressure sensor test, all the way to walking test.

I have severe Rigid Flat Feet, which Jaxen took into account to when recommending the shoes to me.

We ended up with the Brooks Glycerin, with a Reinforced sole to help with my collapse arch, as well as a wider toe box feet.

Thoroughly happy with my shopping experience, and would recommend anyone who’s looking to get their shoes from this store.

The people at this store go above and beyond with customer service. Really helpful and friendly. I wanted to do an exchange at north land but they just turned me away, didn’t even bother to try and fit me out with a different shoe from another brand. At Melbourne central they really helped me find a shoe in a different brand that was available. This will be my store of choice from now on

Went shopping on Saturday (12/11) served by Grace, exceptional service.

I have quite a bit of anxiety about shopping and Grace was incredibly patient with me, assisting me to find my size and then visiting the back room multiple times while I changed my mind about styles and brands. Ended up buying 3 pairs from her! Thank you Grace! Will definitely be back!

Visited this store on 01/05/22. The store was relatively empty and I had to approach the bloke at the counter for help, to which he provided none. He wasn’t interested in being there and didn’t know much about the shoes or stock.

EDIT - I returned on 04/05/2022 and was assisted by a different staff member. Completely different experience, she was very very helpful and I walked away with a great pair of shoes.

I had been struggling for years to find the right sneakers for my injured ankle. Had been changing a lot and never found the ones that's really comfort me until I came here and met a incredibly staff, sorry I didn't get his name but he's tall and really friendly plus he knows what he's doing! He really care about my concern and pointed to the direct way. The sneakers he suggested to me are brilliant! Even there was no color I wanted in the store at that time but I ordered online and absolutely love them! Now I enjoy my life more and can do long walks without hurting and swollen. Thank you so much! You change my life!

Brilliant customer service, was served by a lovely woman with French braids last Saturday (sorry didn’t catch the name as I wasn’t wearing my glasses) but she fitted me up and presented a bunch of options listening to exactly what I was after and I found the perfect pair. Would def recommend to get proper fitting runners here

Even though I thought I knew what I wanted to buy already, their service exceeded my expectations and made me leave with the product I wanted, but in a colour that matches my wardrobe even better.
