High level of customer service and honestly from the assistant we dealt with, the taller girl with the blonde hair. She was thorough and frank about our arch support needs after measuring the feet using a 3D laser device. They also analyze your gait. We were then able to zero in on a specific selection of shoes to try and compare.

Feb 2nd 2023. The service was excellent (5 star). When they knew they would not be achieving a sale today because they did not stock the products within my budget, or the product even slightly outside of my budget. The way they measure a foot is so much more thorough than the Nike store, therefore much more accurate.the staffer was friendly, professional, and wrote down his recommendations, which allows me to ring the store to see if the have the recommended shoe in stock. I am not going into the Melb CBD which was the only store to have one of the recommended shoes in stock (which is poor form by Athletes Foot as a company). Hopefully, I will go back to this store, because based on todays efforts, it is this store that actually deserves the sale. It is just a shame that this store is not supplied properly with products by Athletes Foot.

Went for shoe fitting and such a shame that the colour I wanted wasn’t available in store. Kai is absolutely incredible, genuine and provides awesome service. Definitely deserves a raise.

One of the best stores i have dealt with very pleasant staff and more than happy too make sure customers are 100% happy. Shoes are expensive but I must admit perfect fit

Needed new running footware, my partner convinced me to go to Athletes Foot, the salesperson was excellent, walked on the machine to determine what support you may or may not need. Salesperson showed me three pairs to try, explaining each pair, walked away very happy, thank you to my partner for recommending.

Great service and amazing staff. I was served by Kai and he was extremely kind and patient and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes! I will definitely recommend my friends to come to this store and I’ll be back myself.

Went in yesterday to buy school shoes.
We were served by a lovely young lady named Francesca who was so enthusiastic, patient, kind, engaging, and helpful - she made the usually totally stressful experience of shoe shopping with young children a breeze!

Sales manager has extremely poor customer service, ummera k was very abrupt, and unhelpful regarding a simple refund process due to an item not meeting appropriate fit as stated on the sport socks package.

Will be taking this up with head office, her overall service was pathetic at best.

Thank you thank you thank you to the young gentleman in the Epping store this morning he was so professional and took time to make sure I had the right shoes for my feet. I know where I will be shopping for my shoes in future bye bye to all the unprofessional sale people in other shoe stores

The team at AF in Epping as on the ball, extremely helpful and work with my kids so well! My boys love going to AF for their new shoes, getting to walk on the machine and then zoom around the store to make sure the new shoes are fast. Excellent service all round.
