The Athlete's Foot Chadstone

Bought 2 pairs of shoes & the staff was very welcoming. They’re very experienced too. One of the sneakers was faulty (not the store’s fault at all), they returned all my money even after 2 weeks. Will visit again soon.

Went in to the Chadstone store late at night and was served by a young gentleman called Keeley. He did a fantastic job and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my needs. Couldn’t recommend him more!

On the evening of Saturday, September 16th, 2023, my wife and I embarked on a quest to find the perfect pair of shoes that would fit her comfortably. Our search took us to numerous shops within Chadston Shopping Centre, but disappointingly, most of them appeared to prioritize their phones over customer service.

Our journey finally led us to The Athletes Foot, where we encountered a bustling environment with just two staff members. Despite the busy atmosphere, these two individuals promptly attended to us, sparing us from a lengthy wait, and guided my wife to find the exact pair of shoes she was seeking. Their assistance was not only helpful but also accompanied by a warm and friendly demeanor.

We wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to these exceptional staff members. Their approach to customer service exemplifies how all customers should be treated. I have always bought runners online from the athletes foot but today that changed and what a great experience it was.

I was served by a young gentleman by the name of peter who had great knowledge in regards to different runners and took me through the whole fitting process.

First my feet got scanned on a 3d machine then peter was able to identify what runner would suit best.

He bought me out 3 different pairs and all of them felt that amazing i had to buy all of them.

Getting ready for a summer of running just got easier and thanks to peter and athlete's foot chadstone for the great customer service and experience.

Seamless experience. Jasmine was very helpful in getting my feet scanned and recommended me the fitted shoes. Tried the new runners yesterday and it is the best footwear I ever had.

Zoe has been amazing in the way she performed the fit assessment, analysing and providing recommendation for the shoes. She is a knowledgeable lady who will get you that perfect shoes.

3 staff, not doing anything, just made awkward eye contact and wandered into the back of the store as customers walked in.

One of the male staff i believe he is not paying attention at work.i asked for size 40 shoes but giving me 38, and my friend asked for recommendation of shoes after fit check with no preference, any colour but ended up telling us, oh, there are no shoes available for you.so, what is the point of having the fit check in your branch? Melb central branch is so much better than this.

Josh was the best. Very helpful and friendly. I spent nearly 30 minutes there trying to figure out what to buy, still couldn't decide.didn't end up buying anything. Got my new pair for F45. Really personalised service. The folks at the store were focused and patient with me! Gave me many options. Priced well and quality is great.

Highly recommended store! Chloe (Trainee)! Extremely knowledgeable and was managing multiple clients like a pro.

Store with good choice but wouldn't recommend to athletes looking for track spikes. There is none.

An email could have saved me two hours and hassle.

I ordered online (click and collect) and received an email saying that my order is ready for pickup, 6 days ago. I went to pick up the shoes and they said there was a problem with size and they have none left. They immediately refunded me. However, they should have notified me about it when they came to know the issue so that I wouldn't be going there to pick it up. They had 6 days to notify me. Complete waste of my time due to their negligence and/or lack of knowledge.

So pleased I had Jacob M find my right shoes in this store - he’s very savvy and just knew immediately which shoes would suit me just by my short description of what I wanted! I’m really happy with my runners - a rare experience for me. Upon this discovery I bought extra pairs - Thanks Jacob!

I will again be buying from athletes foot. I do think the "science" of getting your feet measured and fitted adds a lot to the experience and the staff were friendly. They didn't have my preferred colour in store so they did the old "searcharoo" and had it delivered at no extra charge.

My wife bought new shoes yesterday, feel narrow come back today. Manager Lucy said cannot refund because dirty. My wife try to clean it and bring back. Only offer swap with another shoes. Not happy with this policy!

I had a great experience here over the weekend. The store was busy but the manager Lucy made my experience worth the drive out to the store. She was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient in assisting me choose the correct footwear for my needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your great customer service
