I had an issue with a pair of runners. The team and manager were very responsive to my concern, and went out of their way to rectify the situation. Great customer service during the sale, and post sale.

Really good customer service. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help me find the right pair of shoes, rather than just make a lazy sale like so many other places.

Purchased a pair of Hoka brand runners, Ben who served us was great, knew his stuff and advised on the best shoe for my needs.

So very happy I went to buy shoes here. Was able to take to my podiatrist at Upwell Health Collective for approval & he was very happy with fitting. With very specific needs i took a prescription basically, & was fitted professionally & by knowledgeable & pleasant young woman. Recommended!

I would love to thank the staff at athletes foot camberwell for going above and beyond for me to make sure they kept a pair of football boots on hold for me. I called over 20 stores chasing the "Asics Testimonials" in size 13 and i could not find it anywhere.

In particular thank you christian for ensuring they would be a good fit for me as i did not have the time to go in and pick them up.

After training with them tonight i can vouch for these boots, I have never owned a pair of asics for football boots but these are great, good contact with the sherrin, & comfortable to run in.

Back here to replace a pair of well worn walking shoes. Great service. They used a new for scanning machine to tell me my left foot is almost one size smaller than my right foot. But still find me a pair of same sized shoes!

Very bad customer service. They told us a particular brand was sold out we went to Malvern and found them.

I wanted some new running shoes so I made an appointment here. Lachlan was very knowledgeable and gave me a few pairs of shoes to try on, all very comfortable. Will definitely be back for my next running pair.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from here and my feet weren't measured for size. I ended up getting one pair of leather Asix shoes which I felt were a bit too small but was told "they will stretch" and was discouraged from trying larger size, i was told they are fine. I am unable to wear them and definitely wrong size. Now wondering who to give these $170 waste of money to as I wore them for a few hours, only to find out too painful to endure. Very disappointing. I was told at point of sale returns accepted only if they aren't worn for any period of time. Would not recommend this place at all.

What a great experience at Athlete’s Foot in Camberwell. Griffin was fantastic, very knowledgeable and made the whole transaction seamless. Will definitely return again - lovely team working there.

I came in last week to get fitted for a new pair of running shoes. Got fitted by Lachlan. He was very knowledgable and friendly (my 2 year old daughter loved him) ; gave me a few options. I then went to a specialist running store around the corner, who recommended the same shoes as Athlete's Foot, but they did not stock wider sizes and instead just recommended a larger size. Suffice to say, I went straight back to Athlete's Foot and bought the correct fit as recommended. Stoked with the fit, the price and moreover, the customer service. I'll be back when I wear this pair out.
