Went here last Friday after being recommended to this place, and left dissapointed. The staff member wasn't very helpful.
I also think that prices should be displayed to give customers an idea of what they can expect to pay. Another business got my money as they were more helpful.

Kira was fantastic today, her service was terrific, she helped me with a great new pair of runners and was super helpful and professional. Her customer service was second to none, if she isn't the store manager then she should be. Thanks alot Kira:)

Big thanks to Tanai for her help with a return today under the 30 day fit guarantee policy. We had purchased the shoes at another store, but that didn’t matter. Tanai double checked size and found us a much better shoe. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We thought it was going to be awkward - but we had a great result. Thankyou.

The older lady that served us yesterday is rude and acts like everything is too much of a hassle. All I was trying to do was pay for my shoes. Don't you think at your age you should have learnt better customer service skills by now. Yes, it was busy yesterday in your store but don't need to take it out on paying customers.

I had the most amazing service from Anya today. Thorough analysis of my needs along with biometrics to select the perfect shoe for me. Don't go anywhere else if you care about your feet and your skeletal needs.

Marathoner and a Customer for life of these legends! The staff are helpful, knowledgable and (unlike another running store in town) non-judgmental. Dayne is an absolute superstar.

Waited for almost 45 minutes to be served. Knew exactly which size shoe and which shoe. Watched as 2 people served one person at a time while I waited at the front desk. One was the manager btw: Didn’t ask if they could just grab shoes from the back while grabbing other shoes. Didn’t bother to ask me, didn’t serve in order of people enetering store. People focused more on having a nice chat with each customer than thinking about other in the store waiting and being efficient. Wasted almost an hour of my time and others. Wouldn’t come back to this athletes foot.

Almost walked out when we got almost zero customer service and poor advice from Annie. Maybe we don't look like the average Athlete's foot customer or maybe she was having an off day? Luckily my wife asked Bec for a second opinion on a sale item and it ended up with us buying two pairs of shoes and a 5 star rating for Bec. Can't speak highly enough of Bec. She is a thorough professional. Clearly knows her stuff and more importantly is friendly, approachable and patient. She spent a good hour properly fitting my wife and daughter. Ended up that the last pair of the particular shoe on sale that 'clearly will not fit' according to Annie without even trying to fit it, was the pair that did fit my daughter and the one we ended up buying - after trying on a few others at Bec's suggestion.
We are repeat and loyal Athlete's foot customers and have been because of the great service we have been getting over the years and not on price. If not for Bec it would have influenced my decision to go elsewhere in future.

Fantastic service from Dayne tested our feet they ached so much picked out two different pairs of Orthodic innersoles my husband walked around and the pain was instantly gone, mine felt more supportive.
Would recommend in a heart beat.

Very happy with my experience here. Buying runners for my teenage son could have been a hallowing experience but I was pleasantly surprised by the service and efficiency.

Made an appointment online which was very easy to book in. Riley served me and was super helpful. The 3D map is very cool and he explained the different shoes I tried on. I ended up buying the first pair that he pulled out after trying a few others on. Hoping my feet feel better with the new pair. Thanks heaps for a great experience!

Drove 1.5 hours on a Sunday to fit on a shoe that “might” suit me. I’ve been to many shoe stores including other Athletes Foot stores, and never have I ever got this level of service! Laura is a gem. She was friendly, sweet, and extremely good at her job. Gave me all the information I was looking for, AND sold me a great pair of shoes. Well worth the trip!

Bought a pair of shoes today for my 4 year old son, which can sometimes present a challenge as he's on the autism spectrum. The young lady, Georgie or Georgia I think, was extremely helpful and patient and it was just a fantastic experience. Thanks guys!

Wow, service was unbelievable, I am not a big runner preferring walking the Lake & other areas, but the advice on footwear and why my feet tend to hurt made sense and the new shoes are a delight, best fitting ones I have purchased. In this time of COVID, everything from the moment of walking in was explained, nothing was rushed, and the salesperson made sure I was completely happy. Thanks, I wish more businesses treated customers this way.

Athletes foot absolutely has quality product right across the board. Ascent school shoes last best of any and are best comfort for my son.
