Fantastic outcome from the Bendigo store. Just wanted to say thanks to the great sales staff.

I'm a really small men's size, and the store didn't have my size in the new Hoka Speedgoat Trail Shoe, but the lady helping me explained that I could try the women's size 8 wide, and it'd be a close fit to the men's 7 (which they didn't have in stock as they carry down to men's 8).

So I tried those, and found I needed another half size up. So that matched a men's 7.5.

I ordered them online in that size, and when they came they fit like a glove. Exactly the same feel as in the shop.

This sort of thing meant that I didn't have to order the size I usually wear and then have to return them and get the size up.a huge win in my book.

Plus these Hoka Speedgoat are freaking awesome for trail hiking. Like crazy comfy and light, with mega grip vibram sole.

Thank you to the wonderful staff that helped me purchase my 2 pairs of Hoka shoes this morning. Just a shame one of your customers was very rude to one of your young staff members who was visibly distressed. I was sitting next to the customer and witnessed it all. The young staff member had nothing to apologise for.
