The Athlete's Foot

They only really sick a small selection of styles, many colors, but essentially they're all the same shoe. The customer service staff stand right next to you in a way thats not helpful, but makes you feel like they think you're going to steal things. Went to Rebel found the style of shoe I was looking for and was treated like a customer not a criminal.

They have good equipment for measuring foot but the shoes are pricier than other shoe stores.

Found the store easily despite the current centre renovations. Helpful staff. I made an appointment First in the morning. We were pleasantly greeted and helped by the retail staff. Thank you

Took my elderly dad in for some new walking sneakers. The young fellow there was a great help - did his diagnostic assessment and brought out several suitable pairs. Even made sure they were more muted colours, correctly guessing my 80 year old papa wouldn’t want bright yellow shoes. Helped with the fitting, was friendly and knowledgeable, and secured the sale. A great experience. Really impressed by the young salesman. Sale was 20 May 2023.

I believe they are one of the few stores who stock my beloved HOKA brand. I was very pleased to get a pair on sale. The staff young lady was exceptionally intelligent, warm, fun and effective!

I recently visited the Athlete's Foot store in Knox and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The staff member, Steph, went above and beyond to ensure I had the best shopping experience possible. She was knowledgeable about the products, offered helpful recommendations and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.

The store had a great selection of athletic footwear and I was impressed with the quality of the products on offer. Steph made sure to take the time to fit me properly and I was extremely happy with the final product.

Staff are very helpful. They try to get the shoe you are looking for, and if they can't will recommend where you may get it.

Thanks Jess for helping us out yesterday. You did a wonderful job on such a busy day. We paid a lot of money for Hoka runners but we didn't mind giving you the sale as you made it easy for us. Ask your boss for a pay rise:)

It was super busy, just before school started, when we went in. We were greeted promptly and told they'd be with us ASAP. My daughter has a difficult to fit foot, and Kealy found the perfect school shoe for her first try. He also helped us with some insoles, which made a big difference. The whole process took less than 15 mins and we couldn't have been happier with the service. We will definitely be coming back to see Kealy for all our narrow foot needs ️

I was fitted by a staff member and bought a $270 pair of Brooks, later I realised I kept twisting my ankle in this pair of shoes, I went back to Athletes Foot, the same staff member was dishonest, he said my Brooks were flat rather than supported, they were supported I later found out! I wasn't able to exchange these shoes despite the staff being unable to fit the public with the correct shoes. I am very disappointed by the behaviour and treatment of the staff at athletes foot and will not purchase from here again.

Pushy sales tacticts when looking for kids shoes. Bombarded with rapid fire "sciency" looking test results, immediately recommended a high priced option, and impled we are making the wrong choice when looking cheaper/other options. Oh, and btw you'll need other pairs too for specific sports. Salesmen interest wained immediately when it was apparent we weren't immediately accepting the first offered option. Overall a poor and unpleasant customer experience. Beleive it or not, we understand our kids, what they need and whats worth the money. I'll be reluctant to go back in future.

Callum was both extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on running shoes. He helped me find the perfect trail running shoes after I returned my prior shoes which did not adequately fit. I will definitely be heading back to Athletes Foot at Knox next time I buy running shoes.

I can’t rate my experience here highly enough. I was asked if I needed assistance right as I walked in the door, and the staff member who assisted me was super knowledgeable. She was very helpful in directing me to exactly the right shoe, right off the bat. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock, so she took the time to call a few other Athlete’s Foot stores to see who had them and to get the store to put a pair aside for me. She really went above and beyond and I was really happy with my experience here.

Went in with my 4 year old to size shoes, as the standard cheap shoes never fit his feet well. Lucy served us and was exceptional in interacting with my son to get his feet measured and keep him interested in choosing shoes. Best part was the wording she used to confirm which ones he liked while giving me an option to try others or not get them. I purchased them and my son loves his "best comfortable running and jumping shoes".

My wife was buying me pair of shoes for Xmas.
The staff member Piush P his customer service was poor.
First he brought out the wrong shoes then he brought out the wrong size shoes and went to another customer while he was serving us.
When I came to pay the listed price on the box was $219.99 but then us it was $229.99 in the system and expected us to pay that.
I ask the the price of the shoe care and he said it was on sale for $15 and then he turned around and said it was $20.
Worst thing is that you are expected to rate the staff member on payment on the card machine or it will not go through.
We are still shaking our heads.

Great customer service. The staff were so helpful with exchanging the wrong size shoes.
Will be recommending to friends and family.
