The Ants Playground reviews
22 Playground is big, spacious and clean
I love that there are shades so it’s perfect for a sunny day
Stunning park! Very well maintained, huge range of equipment for young and old, great bbq facilities.
Great playground. There are lots of things to do for younger and older kids. My 10 year old daughter had a play date there, and they had fun and enjoyed themselves. Highly recommended.
This playground has so many different things to play on, with something for every age and stage! We love coming here and appreciate how much attention the council seems to give it, with new updates every few years.
Park is awesome now that it's been renovated and has a whole bunch of stuff for the kids to play on. Plenty of seating and two double barbecues and lots of bins and water for washing up. Beautiful concept for a playground. You walk through a magnifying glass of the entrance and everything on the inside is huge! Kids really love the little bridge over the creek, too.
Great park with plenty of equipment for kids of all ages to play on and not get bored.
The bbq stations and under cover seating areas are a great addition for an outing with family and friends
Amazing park, things for all abilities and ages! If I had to fault it… I’d say it needs to be cleaned up just a tad. Love it! Will definitely be back!
Absolutely LOVE this park! My son loves to run wild here! It's a great park for younger children and older kids! Fantastic playground for all ages & has a fantastic dog park! One for bigger and smaller dogs to play! So glad we found this park! An absolute must visit!
Great playground for kids of all ages, BBQs are clean and large space to run and tire the kids.
Lots of fun things for kids to play. Best thing is this playground has sun shades!
Water, sandpit, 5 swings, big kid slides and toddler slide etc, bbq area, basket ball area
Great place for kids and families/friends. It's a very safe playground with limited tables, seats, BBQs, water fountain and public toilets. The playground has a sand pit, swings and slides. Carpark allows a high capacity that joins with sports grounds and the Springer Centre sports area so even on busy days, it's easy to find carparks. Area is regularly maintained; I do sometimes bring a belt when swing belts are broken for toddlers. You may also find the ice cream truck visit regularly.
Picnics takes and bbqs available for a picnic! Kids will have a ball. Lots of activities. Fun for the whole family
This is an amazing playground for children and adults. It's interesting, well designed and safe.
Beautiful concept for a playground. You walk through a magnifying glass of the entrance and everything on the inside is huge! It is really love the little bridge over the creek, too.
I dont have kids, but I would totally love to play here. Lots of swings and even 3x public toilets
Super cute playground, it was really big and had lots of space which is perfect for running around. There was also some shaded sitting areas and an oval nearby. It's also pet friendly as I saw alot of dogs and their owners around.
Good place with play area, with two BBQ station, with many big ants model, with many
Car park
Very nice playground for the kids also bbq, s there and picnic tables and benches. Facilities were in good condition.
This place would be so much better if there was no rubbish left behind by inconciderate park users.very unfair for my 1 and 2yo whom were constantly being told to put down the interesting looking rubbish they had just picked up. Some of which were squashed cans and had very sharp edges.this is not a council problem, it's people's problem, learn to use the bins people, it's not that hard! If you see any one dropping rubbish here, call them out please and ask them to put that in the bin!
Nice design with the ants and the lady bugs.
Also has a nice BBQ area and some tables in the shade.
Lots of variety for the kids to play with, from slides, swings, see-saws, climbing things, monkey bars, sand pits, etc. It really had the works.
Bonus thing is that there are sun shades that cover the majority of the park.
