I have been going to Aesthetic Lounge since 2021 and have received excellent service. They have provided me with the right facial treatments specific to my skin condition. I really enjoy their
outstanding service and have always been satisfied with the tremendous improvements to my skin texture and complexion. Certainly, a warm professional experience that keeps you coming back.
Lana and Yasmine are both professional and skilled, and their products are effective. Kellie is a lovely and friendly person to greet you with a warm smile. They ensure that you are satisfied with the service and results. I would highly recommend Aesthetic Lounge to anyone looking for the best facial treatment.

Be aware, you will be enticed in the name of 'good skin care' to buy expensive products from them.

They make you use their skincare before you can have laser… the product they up sold me wasn’t even for the area I was getting treated! Complete waste of $100

Absolutely fabulous skin care clinic! I’ve taken my daughter to so many other clinics, who have only exacerbated her acne. Thanks to the Aesthetic lounge her acne is almost gone and her confidence has improved. I’d never trust anyone else again.

I was excited to try this place as it has a lot of good reviews for the service they offer. However I missed my appointment for personal reasons (my bad) however the person I spoke to in regards to re-schedule the appointment was incredibly rude, charged me full price for missing the appointment (most places don’t charge full price, but a fee, they also don't send you a confirmation nor a reminder a day before like most places do) and she made me feel really terrible about missing it. Sometimes things happen in people’s life and appointments can be missed, but you don’t need to treat people bad and be rude. I was apologetic about it, but she was still terribly rude. I don’t need to have people make me feel this way so I asked to cancel the appointment instead and I will try somewhere else where they actually treat you nice and talk to you in a friendly manner. The service at this place might be good, but I can’t leave a review for that since I never got to try it, however the customer service is just terrible, I’ve never experienced anything like it.

I am so so pleased and thankful I found The Aesthetic Lounge! I went in with problem skin and after 3 treatments it’s already looking so much better. Erin and Courtney have been super professional and accommodating. I can’t thank them enough for their help, knowledge and expertise! Definitely book yourself an appointment here today!

I have been seeing Yasmine and Lana for years and i wouldn't trust anybody or anywhere else to look after my skin needs. I have the utmost confidence and respect for the girls and now my daughter attends the clinic. The only thing i am sorry for, is taking so long to write a review. All the girls at the clinic are so professional, passionate and commited. I thoroughly recommend!

Cant recommend this place enough!

Clean and modern. All therapist knew exactly what to do and were well educated in skin care. Results speak for themselves.
(Towels were beautifully folded)

I was told they could do extensions, booked one week ahead, showed up and then they said hey didn't offer that service. Strange that their own staff have no idea what services are on offer and they even quoted me for it. I had to wait a week to get another appointment elsewhere.

I have been going to the Aesthetic lounge for several years to treat different areas. I love the staff and I am so happy with the results. Service has always been amazing. Very professional. Thanks ladies! X
