In Aus many pharmacy better then them.

Don't use their service.

Better then close the pharmacy, otherwise will go court one day soon.this pharmacy DO NOT responsibility.

At home, I weighed the food at 8 kilo and 700 grams but then when I went to this shop they weighed the food as 10 kilos 700 grams with three EMPTY small boxes. How can three empty small boxes weigh as much as 2 kilograms? ! I don't recommend coming to this shop

I tell the staff I had chilblain and they said don't have any more cream for the chilblain.
So they suggest me the spay for ANNGINA.

I ask the staff are you sure this is work? She said yes pharmacist suggest it. But when I get home open it and see just realized something wrong. I'm not tend to go back ask for refund is waste my time. Strongly not recommend

They are nice enough But Their English isn't the best. Now, that would be fine if we were talking about a restaurant but this is a pharmacy. I've gone in multiple times and when I tell them my problems … Ill give you a couple of examples. 1. Went in and wanted some eye drops for dry eyes NOT red eyes but they kept offering me 'clear eyes'. 2. Went in and told them my nasal passage was too dry and NOT blocked they kept trying to give me stuff to clear my sinuses. I've been given conflicting advice multiple times. I've had to repeat myself over and over to clarify what I need just for the simple things.
I sound harsh but they're not making it easy to be nice.

I have statutory declarations and a few copies for them to ID and the salesperson there was so nice. The pharmacy was very busy and she asked me to wait then a few minutes later, she came back and served me, getting everything ready for the pharmacist to sign for me. Then I asked her if I have to pay for the service because other pharmacies charge for this service. The salesperson said no but then she recommended me to donate if I wanted to. Then I asked her for some medicine for my wife and she gladly helped me to choose the correct product. Overall I am very happy with this pharmacy's service as I had not received such professional service from other pharmacies. I highly recommend this pharmacy for my family and friends. Thank you so much for your help.

If I could give a -10 I would. I came in today to get my ID certified and the lady at the front counter yet wearing a green dress shoved my documents back at me and said you have to wait. She then came back 2 minutes later and forced me to donate. I’m so appalled by this behaviour.

Very rude staffs in this pharmacy, especially if you are speaking vietnamese with them. Not helpful at all and wasted my time a lot. Definitely not recommend for anyone.

Absolutely deplorable customer service, no respect shown at all. They ignore you of they know you’re not buying anything. I will tell everyone not to come here. Footscray has many pharmacy and this store should be closed. The pharmacist told me to go away after trying to charge me $1 per page to certify documents.

The team are great. When I've had questions about medications or treatments they've answered them honestly providing options for me to consider with out pressure or impatience. They have helped me order in some specialized medicine and contribute to the local community. Really happy with their service.

Horrible customer service, disrespectful attitude to customer especially if they found out that you are a newbie coming from Vietnam. The lady behind the counter even did not look at me when talking to me, she was busy with her documents and response me like she's my boss giving my orders. Definitely not come back again and not recommend for any one.
You shouldn't top up Myki here as well, they didnt' get used to do it much so the service is super slow and it will upset you if you are in rush.

I went to Thao Nguyen pharmacy in footscray on monday july 16th about 5.30pm to top up my myki. I asked them to top up $20 and then a lady took my myki and money inside to do that. I was waiting about 3 or 4m outside and that lady come back with myki and receipt but i was in hurry at that time so i did not look at the receipt carefully until i get on bus to go home. When i touch on the bus, after it was deduct about $4.20 sth for the trip i just got $9 sth left in my card even i still got $4 sth before i top up myki. What happended here? They just top up $10 for me instead of $20. Whats going on here? Do they look me so stupid to cheat me like that. Do they think i just come here from vietnam and easy to cheat? Im very upset and checked the receipt so what i see is unclear information with amount $20 and they had taken off the date of receipt and the time is 6: 29pm instead of 5.30pm. How can a business cheat customer like this? Im very disapointed. I wish i could upload a photo of receipt but i dont know how to do that.

Friendly service pharmacists are very polite and helpful also price for prescriptions are affordable for pension card holders compared to other chemists
