I highly rate Thanh’s Tailoring! Such amazing value, excellent service & a lovely woman. I’ll definitely be back!

Did not pick up mobile multiple times and when I got there 10 minutes after calling. I asked if another layer could be added on to my dress and the answer was straight up “no”. No explanation. This is a simple modification that my regular dress maker in Derrimut can do but she is on holiday.

Unprofessional experience.

I came to Thanh’s tailoring to alter a pair of pants. When I came, Thanh was on the phone in Vietnamese- for context I spoke to her in English and I don’t think she knew that I was fluent in Vietnamese.

When I came out with the pants on, she was still speaking on the phone. I waited as she finished up her call, clearly to a friend, and during this time she ignores me being there. As she finishes the call, I hear her say in Vietnamese “I’ll call you back, this girl came in wanting to alter clothes and she’s exhausting me”. Then she proceeds to look at my pants and says “Why did you buy pants so big? ” (I’m getting them altered no?)

She then proceeds to say she can’t fix my pants and I leave. Most upset over the bad customer experience, especially since I understood what she was talking about in Vietnamese.

Amazing service and friendly lady, she went the extra mile and altered my dress same day in time for big event next day, very good pricing too, thank you Thanh:) super happy!

Thanh is amazing and efficient. I took my dress to her on Tuesday and she had altered it to perfection by Thursday.
I will definitely be using her again and will be telling my friends and family about her too

I needed sleeves added onto an Indian blouse as well as having it tightened, all within the week and Thanh not only promptly answered my calls but did a fast and neat job on a piece that was difficult to work with. Highly recommend her services. She was polite and i felt very comfortable in all my interactions with her. Great service and even better work.

This is a true 5 star review. Had a couple of pairs of pants hemmed and tapered and couldnt be happier with the result. Very fair pricing also.
