Something in the Hor Mok Talay had curdled, wife got crook. This place is great normally and the one star review is so the kitchen sharpens up. Curry shouldn't have gone out.

Food was good but waited an hour for a fried rice and noodles. When booking we were told 20 minutes. 40 minutes extra is not acceptable when you order the first minute they open

Party of 9 and we were all very happy. Good food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. The crispy soft shell crab was delicious!

Extremely expensive. Poor quality of Thai food. Small portions. Such bad experience we had on Friday night.

We've just had a red curry and coconut rice and fish cakes from here. All superb as always. Keep up the good work.

Have been going there for years and has become my one of my favourite places to come when I'm after a delicious Pad Thai or curry. Relaxed vibe inside a fairly small restaurant, keeps it casual.

It's a long story how we purposefully stumbled on Thai Village, and let me tell you, it's worth the 20-30 minute drive each time to get there.

The food is always on point. Service can be a bit spotty, but good overall. Like many places, they do tend to do a lot of take out and that sometimes takes priority over paying guests in the restaurant (one of my biggest pet peeves), but.again.the food is worth it.

No matter what I order, they always get it right (and I do make a few substitutions). It's always hot and delicious and comforting. Their Tom Kha Gai soup is incredible. Sooooo good. I love their Chicken Fried Rice and the Chicken Massaman is really flavourful. BUT. I could lay a bet down, that their Coconut Rice is the BEST in Melbourne. It's beyond delicious. I swear, I could just eat a bowl of that and nothing else and I'd be happy having it as my meal ;-)

Thai Village is in a semi busy street (big supermarket across the road that brings in extra traffic), but parking isn't too bad. Also, their pricing is very reasonable. Thai Village is a casual restaurant and one of the nicest Thai restaurants I've been to. Definitely in my Top 3 in Melbourne. Give it a go!
