Lovely Thai place with lots of gluten free mains. Limited gluten free entrees are available. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Fantastic vegan options, absolutely delicious! Love the satay peanut noodle, Singapore noodle and curry vegan options. One of my favourite places to eat in Horsham. Absolutely lovely staff:)

Excellent authentic Thai food, extensive menu. Good wine and beverage list. Courteous, efficient staff. We didn't feel hurried. Will definitely visit again for a meal when travelling interstate.

Very poor customer service, staff was very rude, food tastes horrible. Spent $28 for seafood that I couldn’t eat.

We dined at Thai Basil last night. We both had the angel prawns and how delightful they were, absolutely delicious. I can say with all honestly that we have never had a bad meal here. Pawel you and your staff need a huge pat on the back. Congratulations once again we were very spoilt and glad to have such a lovely dining venue in Horsham.

Just rude. Restaurant was half full, wanted a table for 4 and got told they don’t have any table. For whatever reason it is we suggested we are happy to wait for a table. Blond hair staff responded in a hostile manner and mention “This is not Melbourne you can’t just wait for a table” and walked away left us hanging? Rude. And by the way we’re not even from Melbourne?

Great restaurant. Yum Thai food, lovely & efficient service staff and reasonably priced. We had delicious fish cakes, beef salad and chicken basil chilli stir fry. Medium chilli has enough heat for most.

Great service and food was delicious. They were also very helpful in modifying menu items for me to make them Vegan. Most places make you feel like a huge inconvenience when you ask for a Vegan option but they were more than happy to cater for me. Thank you

Fantastic atmosphere and food. We were passing through Horsham coming back to SA, and being as 2 on us were Vegan, we didn't expect much in terms of food available. Thai Basil staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable about vegan foods, it was relaxing to order and eat there. Catering for vegans through to omnivores, thank you for such a pleasant dining experience and delicious meal after days of junk food haha.

Excellent customer service. I had miscommunication when I order, but they REVIEWED, Listened patiently and gave amazing service. In top of that food was the best (yum). Thanks lilly and staff.

Overall very nice experience.

Very nice Thai food with friendly service. Take away meal sizes are very generous. Prices are reasonable.
