Great local butcher, they always have very fresh, well cut meat. The lady there is friendly and passionate about her products, and gives helpful cooking tips.

Best butcher in town and Hailey the owner gives the best advice when choosing your cuts. Customer service on point and always an extra service which fills the day with joy.
Definitely recommend the place as we get the freshest meat there. Best of luck Hailey and Tom, you guys rock.

Asked for eye fillet but got sirloin, even though they charged me for eye fillet prices. I should have known since another customer was arguing that they got overcharged when I walked in. Meat was fine but I would not come back.

I buy my meat from T&H as the quality far exceeds supermarkets, and is trimmed of excessive fat, ie.healthier. Considering the quality the prices are great too. The staff are friendly and happy to prepare it as I want for no charge. Some examples: Cutting me porterhouse steaks the thickness I like, boning a chicken to flat so I can roast it, cubing smaller for a beef pie, making up extra chicken mini-schnitzels, making more fresh minced beef for monday bolognaise night, etc. Great service. Great, healthy food.

I go to a lot of butchers all around Victoria and must say I just purchased two of the best T bone steaks i ever had I didn't even need a knife it just melted in my mouth like butter thank you T&H Meats

Once a beacon of local butchers, regrettably no longer, service is really bad, Lamb fillets were off, tried to return the meat next day, refuse to take responsibility, Shrug the shoulders, Shame on you

Kylie who now owns T&H Meats just amazed me with her service and prices.
I was after fresh dog bones and she asked me what size I needed and then proceeded to saw up the bones all to the perfect size.
Together with some lamb off-cuts for $5-00 I got two large plastic bags full of bones for $10 total $15-00.
Highly recommend this shop for all dog owners looking for quality fresh bones.

I bought pork knuckle from here. Requiring the seller (wife) to cut into two parts. Which the desired point is not the middle of the pork knuckle and confirm that the she can see exactly where I set the point to cut. But she still cuts wrong before cutting it she said "that you want me to cut it is in the middle". In fact, she didn't have to try and explain whether it was in the middle or not. She just cut to the position that I have pointed with my fingers to show her, and it's enough. Simple work doesn't require a lot of brain. I wouldn't come back to buy here.

I bought pork mince here and the mince was made at the back of the store. I don’t know what meat was put into the mince but it’s definitely not fresh and I don’t even know if it’s pork mince. After cooking the mince, it’s not just fishy, but also feel like having a strong taste of lamb. It’s incredibly terrible experience. Will never buy meat here. Suggest you guys not as well.

Stumbled on this gem of a butcher's a while ago. Have to admit their quality of meat is second to none. I now do the best bbq's ever, highly recommend their eye fillet and their gourmet sausages are amazing. Given how popular this place is, I always get looked after with a smile.

Loved the snags at this place then sold off sausages. Cooked them up and my vego wife even said they smell took them back both cooked and raw ones that I hadn’t cooked, claimed that was what continetial sausages smell like. Offered BBQ snags and they were off too. Hopefully maybe just a bad day but not great as customer service was very poor

Very satisfied with the meat. The quality was great, and our family loved the beef and lamb that we had for our BBQ.
