TGI Fridays Frankston

Ordered the new signature platter with fries. Chips cold, crispy chicken rock hard and dry (not fresh), ribs were good but not very hot, wings were the only food on the plate that was hot and only 3 cold onions rings. 2pm and restaurant was quiet. Won’t see me again.

Ordered the honey mustard grilled chicken wrap for delivery, shocked and horrified to find the wrap sitting in a pool of mystery liquid and the wrap itself was soaking wet and had rotten soggy lettuce inside, very disappointing as the Southland location is delicious

Worst customer service at table they didn't explain anything about ordering and the system they use the food was okay but overpriced for it as experience it good but definitely one off thing for me

Extremely disappointed. Ordered mex beef nachos food was cold, melted cheese was like watery milk swimming on the plate. Avocado was brown looked like the meal was days old. Reordered and was presented with a reheated meal with onions and capsicum in addition. Could not eat it the food had a tainted taste, some of the meat was hot and underneath was cold. I expect for $30 some nourishing and appetising food- not even close. Will not go back here. Furthermore no refund offered extremely poor.

Celebrating my daughters birthday at TGIs last Wednesday the waitress dropped a plate of food in her lap.ruined her brand new dress, no apologies from higher staff.very slack attitude from a newly opened Restaurant.

The service was good, except for the fact we stood at the sign that said 'wait to be seated', a staff member looked at us, cleared a nearby table, didn't acknowledge us, and walked off. We were about to walk out when another staff member came and helped us to a table. She was awesome. The food is great. Nice and fresh and tasty. But it's so expensive for what you get. The servings are on the average to small size, yet it cost my partner and I $80 for a shared entree, two mains and two soft drinks. Not great value for what you pay. I was still hungry when we left. $7 for a glass of pre-mix coke? $9 for a glass of home made lemonade that was 90% crushed ice?

Chicken was amazing, those chips were crispy and crunchy (Perfect). The chicken strips melt in ya mouth and i enjoyed it. Before I came here, i couldn’t hear. Like i literally born deaf, but now i can hear all. Its a bloody christmas miracle. I can hear.

Food was cold, the chicken Caesar salad was soggy with a tonne of dressing on it.
Had to wait 45 mins after asking for the bday cake to come out. Made us late for the next venue. Customer service was lacking. Staff are very nonchalant and I wonder if they understand a word you say. Oh and I had already reserved two tables for my sons bday party and when we arrived, we had to wait 10-15 mins for the tables to be prepared.

This place is fantastic, the food quality we just had was superb. The wings were perfect, prawns were so soft and flavoursome. Stone and Wood on top, what more could a man want!

Had a large table, everyone received food in good time which we all enjoyed & the service was good friendly staff.

Understaffed, no customer service. Didnt kike the horse racing playing on all the tvs. Wasn't given cutlery or napkins until I asked. Food was mediocre. The home-made lemonade was good.

Team were short-staffed and unorganised by the manager on shift.
Table service was slow and had to remind waiters a few times for forgotten items.
Food was average for its price.

Came here with my 2 friends after training for a bite to eat. Everyone enjoyed their food and the atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were lovely. Would recommend!

Waited 25 minutes for cold overcooked food. Even the kids shake looked nothing like the menu picture. The glaze was like water certainly not the glaze they had previously.

The restaurant is freezing cold.

First visit was good, second was so so and todays visit was expensive for food that we could hardly eat.

Staff were polite but you feel like an inconvenience when letting them know food was cold or items were missing.

Love going to TGIs Frankston after work on a Friday. The food is great and the staff are friendly.
