They worked with us to recruit testers and design tasks and scripts, and then ran the show. They recorded sessions and documented findings in very user-friendly packages, and their data and analysis gave us valuable, actionable insights. We would definitely use TestMate again.

Legitimate website for usability testing. The tests are always given with detailed instructions which are easy to follow. Very good pay as well, compared to other UX testing platforms. Prompt responses and payments. I have been a tester since 2020 and haven't had a single issue with tests or payments till date. Highly recommend.

I work with a few testing companies but none with the scope, professionalism and damn good fun as TestMate. I find the team leaders to be very communicative and friendly, the jobs to be really varied and interesting and the pay levels are second to none. They pay both well and super fast. Some of the tests make you feel like you are genuinely helping out businesses that want to get better at what they do - it's a good feeling.

I have been doing eye tracking tests and other various video tests for TestMate over the last few months and my experience has been fantastic. There are always interesting tests to do, adequate time to complete the tests and the payment is generous. I highly recommend using TestMate if you're interested in website testing and having your say as a user.
