She has been a wonderful support, particularly after the sudden death of my father 4 years ago, helping me process the grief. Tess offers thoughtful insight and practical advice on navigating many of life's challenges and exploring the origins of negative thoughts and feelings. I would highly recommend counseling from Tess.
