I had my ears pierced today at Terry White Chemmart in WaterGardens. Not only was Susan professional, she was super friendly and gentle and rate her without hesitation 10 out of 10! Thank you so much Susan.

I would like to applaud the two lovely gentlemen this afternoon who pierced my boys ear, the one who pierced his ear was so friendly and made him feel at ease and was so informative Thankyou for making his experience one to remember you guys are both awesome.

I had a very bad experience with my daughter getting her ears pierced at Priceline however one of my friends recommended me to go to Terrywhite watergardens as they have great service. Thanks Michael for your professionalism my daughter was scarred from last time but was able to pull through thanks to your gentle care and calmness

This pharmacy is excellent. Conveniently located next to the medical centre. The young male pharmacist is very professional and efficient. Really outstanding customer service. Goes out of his way to check if the customer needs their RAT's and gives them a choice of which ones. Have been there several times and he is always cheerful and welcoming of customers. Staff look like they enjoy working there and are all very pleasant.

I attended my appointment here, only to realised I made the appointment on the wrong date. However the pharmacist still accommodated walk-in and still took me in. Thank you so much

Had my booster injection yesterday and even though the ladies were run off their feet the service was first class and very professional

I have been shopping at this store for many years and the staff have always treated me well. There is one lady, Susan, who goes over and above anything you would expect. She would never sell you a product that is not exactly what you need, and will tell you if it isn't. But more than that, over the years, my daughter has been very ill and I knew I could always come to see Susan if I needed a good cry, or cheering up. She is amazing. So go and see Susan, and tell her Cathrine sent you.

Everytime I've been there I've been fortunate enough to be served by Zahara. Her helpfulness knows no end, and what I see from other staff is also great service, friendliness and professionalism. Five stars doesn't do them justice. Keep up the great work, please.

Called to get a price on a script before I go there and each time I was hung up on, didn’t even get to speak to anyone.what a joke.
They were putting me through to the dispensary department and clearly they can’t answer the phone. Once is a mistake twice sure isn’t.

If your too busy maybe ask someone to call back, disgrace.

I cannot speak highly enough about the great service the awesome pharmacist's and assistants give at watergardens. I have a 91 year old mother that is constantly having her medication changed and it's never a bother. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They go above and beyond every time and I am just so grateful for them.

My friend and I went in for a piercing and the asain lady that was doing it yelled at for for moving and then she grabbed her head roughly to hold her in place and had to re- pierce her because she missed, her customer service was absolutely terrible and she didn’t even sterilise the equipment as we were watching and when asked why she didn’t she said she did it after her last person which I don’t believe
