My experience with this pharmacy and the beautiful people that run it has been nothing but 5 stars. They can get very busy at times though that's what happens when people find a great chemist and a friendly family that work so hard to make it a great place. Hands down my favourite chemist

I have visited the pharmacy 2 days ago, the staff are very friendly and very well trained.a lady pharmacits helped me with my prescription, she was so kind and took her time to listen to my needs and was very kind patient and professional

Went to this pharmacy for couple of documents to get certified and to buy some vitamins, milk formula & few more items for my child. Second time at this pharmacy & the Rude old woman has refused to sign the documents and we would never visit this pharmacy as there are lots of other good options for chemists nearby.
(This would have been 5 stars, if we’ve met the same nice lady pharmacist that we met during our first visit)

Uniformed staff, wasting my time and putting my health at risk.

I have type 1 diabetes and booked in to get my covid booster shot here and the nurse/ pharmacist refused to give me the shot when I turned up for my appointment because she didn’t think I was eligible even though I tried to explain to her that I am.
I called back two days later after checking the government website for eligibility and the staff on the phone said they didn’t have enough information about diabetes and they’d have to call me back. They got back to me at 7: 30pm and said they could squeeze me in for a shot five days from now. No apologies for wasting my time and refusing me the shot that I was supposed to get.

The staff were very helpful, and I will deffinetley be going back to this pharmacy. I would reccomend this to anyone who ever needs medicen or any medical service.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this pharmacy, I called to get vaxinated and was told to come in next day, which I did, then went in to be told I need a doctor's letter so I went back with certificate and was told that I need to make an appointment. There was no communication between pharmacists and employees.

Went and had my flu shot and my 4th jab Joseph is a very caring person

I had my booster shot here and I took my two young daughters so they could watch and wouldn't be scared when they get theirs in the near future. The pharmacist was so accommodating and kind to my two little spectators which made for a very positive experience for all. I cannot recommend this pharmacy any more highly. Wish I could give 6 stars.

My absolute favourite pharmacy in Melbourne. All the staff here is very friendly, caring and helpful, especially the pharmacist- Joseph. He is always happy to help no matter how busy he is and will go the extra mile for you.
