False advertising, Not open 24hrs. Doesn't answer phonecalls. Take your number off all 24hour pharmacy lists.

It's sad that this pharmacy is now no longer open till midnight. Although staff are nice, I don't have any real incentive to come here instead of neighbouring priceline or other cheaper alternatives. Hence, the 3 stars. Personally, the appeal was that it was open till late. Hopefully, they will reinstate the late night hours again.

I came in with my family on Friday at 10: 30 PM on 14 October. I picked up some medication for my nephew, and the pharmacist that served me was one of the most excellent and understanding healthcare professionals I have come across. She spent a lot of time explaining the medications and recommending the proper Types and wound care. I have never experienced such an excellent pharmacist in my 29 years. We live in Glen Huntley, but I will make the trip back to Mount Waverly to see this wonderful lady. I cannot express how good the service was on a busy Friday night. I am forever grateful, and I will be a returning customer. Thank you so much.

Me and my partner received wonderful service from the pharmacist Darenveen tonight. We were very anxious about the new medication but she was so patient helping with our queries. Very thankful for dedicated healthcare professionals that take the time to provide excellent care even at late hours. Happy to pay a bit more for the quality of care!

Fantastic service by the two staffing the store which has extended operating hours. Cashier was taking the calls and was also so responsive to in store customers! Quick and polite experience, kudos to the team.

Access to the store is through the main sliding doors.

Fabulous customer service, very professional and good local chemist. Staff here know what to do. Conveniently located within the medical clinic and open 24 hours makes it a big plus, staff are extremely knowledgeable and price match any item, highly recommend coming here for all your needs. I don't know why these guys are so good but they are all incredibly helpful and friendly and willing to give you time. I've gotten detailed advice about prescriptions, advice with getting prescribed and with drug interactions from several chemists including the older guy Jay. They do put in the extra effort to make you feel supported and secure. After dealing with a lot of bad doctors its nice to see these guys and be treated like a human. Thankyou!

So easy, doc sends script via text, by the time I get to pharmacy it’s ready. You can place order anytime, ask questions and even ask them to order in.
Most convenient system, couldn’t go anywhere else now.

Terry White Mt Waverley near Pinewood have been the most amazing find.about 18 months ago. Prior to this pharmacy opening there were two other pharmacies in the area. They were so arrogant making me feel quite uncomfortable when asking any advice. We drove to pharmacies further away rather than be treated that way. I decided to try Terry White not long after they opened. Well it is a new experience to be treated as if your health matters by Yen, David and Jay they are absolutely amazing. Yen and David are the most knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful pharmacists I have met. I have dealt mostly with Jay for other queries she is a treasure always smiling and goes out of her way to help. Never is anything a trouble to these genuine friendly people. Have had minimal contact with other staff but have found everyone that works there to be friendly and helpful. Cannot praise them enough. Thank you to all of you best thing that has happened to Pinewood area.

Only small and doesn't stand out from the street, but EXCELLENT customer service from all staff, will happily visit again when required.

After hours doctor and pharmacy in one location. Excellent for those unexpected medical incidents when most Docs and Pharmacies are closed. Very helpful and pleasant staff

Staff are friendly, open 24 hours which is convenient, but the medicine could be double price of other pharmacy, even they advertised as price matched, too expensive products

Went to buy a laxative for my 7 month old daughter, and I told them I needed to be careful because she has a bad dairy allergy. She then gives me a laxative that I bought, which upon double checking contains an ingredient that is well known to have dairy in it, which was even the main name of the product. When I returned it she had no idea! Very disappointed, if I didn't know i would have taken her advice and it could have been quite a bad outcome.

Extraordinarily proactive team. The pharmacists and assistants are second to none. Incredible service.
