Friendly helpful staff. The new pharmacists are amazing. Phones calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently and any issues sorted in a timely manner.

The staff are great, and the lady who was administrating the Covid vaccination was lovely.

I'm from out of town and when I got to Mildura, I realised my pharmacy had forgot to pack some very essential things to administer my meds properly and safely so I went to Terry White hoping they could help me out. Judy and Rachel (pharmacist) went well out of their way to help me source the things I so desperately needed. Judy said she knows how important this was for us. Thank you both so much for your help. It means the world.

Perhaps not indicative and to be fair, basing my review on my one and only experience but I found the floor staff extremely unhelpful and preoccupied with anything else than serving customers. There was an ever growing queue of customers wanting to pay however the priority seemed to be inventory. Wouldn't have minded as much normally, but the reason I was there was to get band aids from my wailing child who'd skinned their knee. You would think that the stores priority would be to get the crying child out of the shop as quickly as possible and not make them wait in a queue while the shelves were fussed with. Maybe they just like the sound of children howling in pain? !?
