Every time i go in here all the staff are so helpful & polite.

The staff were very incompetent. I had booked my script days before and they said they didn't have on the day they told me to pick it up. I came back the next to pick it up and they took 20 minutes to find it. My medication must me refrigerated as well and when I received it the medication had not been refrigerated. I am not happy with this chemist and will not be going there again.

The staff went above and beyond to assist me with a libre freestyle 2 sensor when mine had stopped working.
I would highly recommend this shop and its very helpful staff.

Long waits for medicine, no seating provided you could be standing on your feet for up to 30 minutes at a time to do a basic script processing

Blatantly ignored me when I wanted to be served and followed me through the store not a good experience won’t be back

Unfortunately due to the customer service received from the female pharmacist and staff this week we will unfortunately no longer be shopping here. We order products (needle tips and sensors) from the NDSS through this pharmacy regularly but without even checking the system to see if the needle tips could be ordered for my diabetic husband I was told to go somewhere else. Thank you no longer will we support the local
pharmacy.

There could be a short supply of this product as Novo Nordisk have removed the 4mm option for the time being as they do not have stock. Please have the pharmacy check with their supplier for the delivery time.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I walked past and saw a small item I wanted to purchase, walked up to the counter to make my purchase and was left unattended for too long. A middle aged lady with short blonde hair and glasses finally approached the counter, only to blatantly ignore me, have a drink from her water bottle and walk off! I had to go to the other counter to be served. To not even acknowledge a customer who is right in front of you is pathetic customer service and quite frankly rude.

I sadly no longer live in the area. On the final day of my move l fell and broke two of my ribs which put me in hospital for six days. Today is my first day home and l had to get some scripts from the hospital filled. I called the local pharmacy with a query. Their very rude response was to tell me to call my old pharmacy to get the information l needed. When Of course when l called Terry White’s I received the same fantastic service that I’ve always had. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and all of the staff have been exceedingly helpful, friendly and only too ready to oblige. It’s especially impressive that the pharmacists are available to provide advice, even when they are obviously extremely busy.

So disappointed after missing 2 doc appointments from pick up scripts at Terry white Hastings. Once was given expired vaccination by found out before giving me the shot from my doctor so had to come back to return. The second was waiting for 15mn to inform that they didn’t have it in stock. So I had to change my appointment again.

Well trained/friendly/happy/helpful staff, from top to bottom. Always pleasant. Must be a good work environment.

Terry White Hastings provide my elderly Mothers Webster Packs - They deliver them each week to her door. They have always responded quickly and professionally to any questions or concerns I've had - and go out of their way to help.

Received a new box of medicine with pills missing. Was told rudely to tell the police. Arrogant and rude chemist, they take your money but refuse accountability for products. The rude male chemist implied that I was lying and trying to get free medication!
Even though I had opened the box in the store, the male Chemist said he couldn't help me. & to report it to the police even though clearly it's a civil matter; Any issues surrounding the control of medicines lies under their responsibility. Never gone back. The rude male chemist wanted a word with me about this post. Not to try to remedy, but to have a go at me or intimidate me into taking it down.
