A pharmacy with old fashioned service! I cannot rate Frances and her team highly enough (special call out to Nadia!). Even before the amazing renovation this pharmacy was a stand out. Florence is a pharmacist with a heart of gold and cares very deeply about her customers and the community and takes the time to get to know you and your needs.

Florence is a wonderful pharmacist, I was there for a vaccination and she was prompt, friendly and very gentle, I barely knew she had put the needle in. I then had to wait the suggested 15 mins after vaccination and was treated to a lovely conversation with Pauline, a very attentive, kind staff member. I highly recommend this pharmacy

Visited the store today as my Mum was down from NSW and didn’t have her scripts with her. Asked the pharmacist Florence if there was something she could do for her. Both Florence and Pauline went above and beyond to help us out. After a few stressful days beforehand and explaining to them both our situation, they were absolutely fantastic. Making us feel very special and even giving us a couple of laughs. Florence for ringing Mum’s pharmacy for information and Pauline for making us feeling more at ease. Like I said earlier she had us laughing by the time we left the store. It is so great to still see good old fashion customer service. If you live in the area, do yourself a favour and pop in for all your chemist needs. They will not disappoint. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day that little bit better.

It’s a pleasure to be acknowledged when walking into a pharmacy where you are not just a number. Florence and Pauline are so accommodating, no matter what your requirements are you will always get an explanation. Pauline always has a smile and knows her job and everyone’s name. Very impressive.

Florence is amazing! She is very fast and efficient and always does what she can to help. I take a lot of medications and she is amazing at keeping them organised for me. She is very friendly and approachable and you're not just another client. She treats you with respect and is very personable unlike the big chain chemists.

I've been using this local pharmacy for the past 27 years. Pauline and Florence, are nothing short of exceptional. I often notice how they take the time to answer queries and go above and beyond to help people.
I feel compelled to counter a recent negative review by George (if that indeed is his real name). It's unfortunate that he didn’t have a pleasant experience. However, knowing Florence and Pauline, and the customers they help on a daily basis, I doubt he was racially profiled as he claims.
I wholeheartedly recommend this pharmacy for its excellent customer service and a dedicated team that genuinely cares for its customers.

community pharmacy in Fairfield highly enough. The staff are wonderful. Pharmacists Florence and Rynki are kind, caring and professional. They know their customers well and have a great wealth of knowledge. They are very supportive and will call to follow up on you if they have any concerns for your health. Nadia and Pauline are lovely. They give excellent advice when required too. They know their customers well, including all their family members! It's always a pleasure to shop here and be treated with a warm smile.

I had possibly the best vaccine experience here so quick and efficient and made sure I was welcomed and looked after as soon as I walked in.

Have been delighted with the service at Terry White Fairfield, waiting 15 mins for a script is a thing of the past! Really friendly staff who make you feel welcome! I have always used the bigger chemist up the road, I thought it was much cheaper, it’s not!

Absolutely love this pharmacy. All the staff (including Pharmacists) are very helpful and extremely knowledgable and are true professionals. Great customer service is the one of the many reasons to visit this pharmacy again and again.
