Amazing chemist shop! Sienna is absolutely fantastic, so lovely and super super helpful. So glad I've found this chemist and the wonderful staff!

Thank you Caroline for helping my mum today on the phone who was calling for some advice for me (I'm 15 weeks pregnant and very sick). Over the years you've always known what's best, but you give better and more in depth advice than any pharmacist in the area, as I'm finding other pharmacies are just pushing particular brands, rather than giving genuine advice. If someone's looking for advice and not just being pushed a particular brand, definitive ask to speak with Caroline.

Started feeling quite faint after receiving a vaccine so I told staff and was then really well taken care of. Was given a place to lie down, jelly beans and water which made me feel much better.

I must commend the staff at this chemmart, they are all very lovely and helpful. I went there again recently to get some medication and their level of attentiveness and kindness is amazing. Thank you for all your help whenever im there.

Its my local put their prices are to damn high, i mean 3 or 4 times more than Chemist warehouse and when you tell them that i can get it for cheap price, they will bring the price down straight away, no question asked like if you caught someone ripping you off and they try to cover up their dodgy act without defending.

Lovely staff onsite, always willing to explain prescription dosage, and actively make an effort to remember their clients.

I want to make a special note of Hamah (If I have remembered the name tag correctly!). She went above and beyond helping us with getting a cream authorised for usage at our daycare, and even went to double check with the pharmacist on duty to ensure that the procedure was correct. I am more than content with this TerryWhite being our local chemist.

I Bought the following Bioglan vitamins for my 9 years old Son from this pharmacy, they sold me 6 months ago expired vitamins.i didn’t realised my son he found after a week he asked me dad it’s been expired 6 months ago
Not happy at all. They very rude, when i went back to the pharmacy to ask them they are very rude, and they said them going to call security guy. But i got my money refund.
My request to all the customers please check expiry date on all the products which you buy from this place.

Went to get a prescription and was told to wait for 15 minutes. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes when I went upto the counter and asked where my order was at I was told my prescription has expired. Why wasn't I told 40 minutes back? I was waiting in front of them the whole time. Please respect everybody's time and be a little less rude next time around!

Came in here recently for the first time whilst on shift for work, so thankful to the team who went above and beyond to help me in supporting one of my clients. After dealing with the dreadfully rude staff at another pharmacy, they were so kind here and did all they could to resolve the issue (regarding patient safety net). Will most certainly be back!

My local, always happy to help, have been coming here for a while now. No major complaints. Pricing on the vitamins is very high though, id love to purchase my vitamins here at the same time as my scripts, however when your paying less than half the price at other pharmacies I just can't justify it.sorry team

Walking in to this fine pharmacy, I could tell they are professional and helpful, a lovely young girl I believe her name was Mia.was super knowledgeable and when not sure consulted the senior stuff member I think a Sarah.
I will be back and bring all the fam.

Waited around 10 minutes at the pay counter while prescription customers were looked after. There was no one in the store at all for about a minute while I waited, was about to ask if there was another place to pay but then they did get quite busy. Maybe set up a self serve if paying customers take a back seat to prescription customers.

Above and beyond expectations every single time. All the staff here are incredibly friendly and they genuinely care about their customers. The various Chemists that have helped me over the years have always taken extra time to qualify my needs which makes you feel so comfortable and in good hands. Perfect customer service every time.

I just moved in clyde and got worst customer service. Male pharmacist he changed my prescription to expensive one even without asking my permission. And when I asked him than he felt offended and write something on my prescription and made sure I can’t get original prescription from anywhere I spend one hour in another pharmacy and Now in COVID time I need to go my dr to get same prescription again which I already used and don’t wanna alter it. Thanks heaps to wasting my time u successful in your plan.
