I have bought from this store, in store and online (excessively) and have never had any issues. Great variety and always keeping their products up to date (meaning great connections with suppliers) and great advice from their team.

Good service, but only sells products related to tennis. We bought a pair of Wilson tennis shoes, but had no squash court shoes.

A great place for all things Tennis including expert advice on choosing the right racquet for age, power, abilities a d purpose.

There are a handful of sports that can, honestly, claim to offer longevity… tennis is one of those sports. I took 35 years off from playing tennis and returning to tennis was one of my better decisions in the last 20 years.
Behind every good idea, you need insightful and honest support in order to achieve your objectives - for me, that came from the talented staff at Tennis Only.

Like so many sports, selecting equipment that is appropriate for the individual is incredibly important - especially if you want to mitigate the possibility of avoidable injury.

Incorrect shoes, racquet and/or string selection can each give rise to unexpected discomfort - that is why I listen to the advice of the staff at Tennis Only. They, unlike me, are constantly informed about products that they stock - whether internally, or via customer feedback. Reliable and contemporaneously informed sales staff are, in my opinion, invaluable. When you couple the sales staff’s knowledge with actual tennis experience, the conversations become effortless and open.

I could not be happier about my experience at TennisOnly! I engaged in their demo program - wherein you can borrow 3 racquets at a time with a small deposit which gets either credited to you once you're done or credited towards a purchase of a racquet. Alex, Kieran and Eddie were all incredibly helpful and helped me narrow down the absolute perfect racquet for me.

As a result of their awesome service, TennisOnly Richmond is now my go to for all my Tennis needs!

Do not trust their return policy.

To start, the 'Return Policy' link on their website redirects the user to the wrong page. If you find the page (I had to ask their support team), the policy states "you simply change your mind no problem". I purchased $500 worth of goods and wanted to return one item the day after purchasing it, however I couldn't because a small piece of plastic was removed. Semantics at best, lies at worse, all at the expense of their paying customers.

Do not recommend.

Tennis Only has a fantastic range of racquets, clothing and shoes. I couldn’t be more impressed with their knowledge, price and service. I’ll definitely be a loyal customer!

The dude at the desk was super nice, we bought a new Yonex racquet that day & because we came from 2 hours away he restrung it on the spot, we got some lunch & it was ready, racquet prices are really good too, highly recommend & they’re the only place I can find that sells tourna grip. 11/10.

Been meaning to write this review for months but never found the time. Absolutely fantastic service. Just been getting into tennis (1 year in) and looking for first intermediate racquet. The staff member (Kieran) who served me was fantastic, asked me how my current game was and then provided 15 racquets to take a quick hit with out back. Ended up hiring 5 for a week to have a proper hit with mates to see which one suit best. Ended up landing on the Babolat Pure Aero Team. Didn’t have my size in stock as I opted for the 2017 model. Kieran mentioned he was having a hit with someone from the warehouse that night and could grab it and I ended up picking up the next day. Overall fantastic service, friendly staff, good knowledge and with the new racquet I’ve added heaps more spin and consistency to my grounds strokes. Thanks again, you guys are great!

Kieran is the best in the business. I love dealing with him he's always very friendly even my 13 yr old son who is tennis nuts loves going to the store it's worth the 40 minute trip over the river great store wouldn't shop tennis anywhere else.
