Tennis for Life reviews
6 Great coaching for all ages, coaching sessions are small so your kids don’t get lost in the group.
Adult cardio classes are heaps of fun!
Such a great organisation - clear communication, super professional and very organised. So great with kids! Could not recommend more highly.
Can't recommend this awesome tennis coaching business enough. Staff are professional and thorough and I really appreciate their hard work!:)
David runs a great professional coaching clinic whose number 1 focus is the kids and making sure they are enjoying their tennis programs while having some fun as well. A great tennis coaching program to have in the Mooroolbark area.
I have nothing but praise for the coaches at Tennis 4 Life. My kids had shown an interest in tennis after having a trial hit with the coaches at a local festival. My intent was to enroll them in a more local tennis club, but seeing how great the coaches were with my kids changed my mind. My kids can be shy, and reluctant to participate in sport, but due to the enthusiasm and friendliness of their coaches, they look forward to their weekly lesson. Highly recommended!
I started “trying” to contact these people on the 6th of May 2021. Many many phone calls later, couple of texts and an email and no one bothered to get back to me or return any form of communication. I even managed to speak to one of the staff a week ago and he promised profusely that someone would contact me, even took my details and number. NOTHING again!
Singularly the worst, ever customer service, or should I say total lack of service I have ever seen or experienced!
No way would I entrust my children with this unprofessional, amateur poorly run mob of people.
I am furious with them, and no apology. I also spoke to another worker tonight at the tennis court who quizzed if I’d rung, who I’d runs, had I emailed and then he followed up with, “oh we are very busy and we teach”! ’
I hope you lot teach netter in school than you run a simple tennis session for kids!
