I have been using the Templestow District Medical Clinic for over 25 years, I received an excellent medical care and attention to all my health care needs. Very attentive and polite staff at the front desk. I would like to thank everyone one and looking forward to receive their service for many more years. Thank you.

Our whole family have been patients of Dr Isaac. She is empathetic, skilled and very knowledgeable.

Brodi and Sharon on reception have always been very kind to our family also.

Dr Deborah Cheung is amazing. It took me a long time to find a GP like her. She listens, is empathetic and does not rush you. So glad to have found her.

I saw Dr. Deborah Cheung today. She was really patient and helpful, not like the other doctors in other clinics who were usually inpatient and “kicked you out of the door” after 5 mins. Highly recommended!

Dr Angela Koravos is extremely rude, very judgemental seems to be very selfish and very unhelpful to her patients. I would not feel comfortable sending anyone to her.

Dr Angela Koravos is rude, unprofessional and lacking in people skills.
She is a danger to the general population, overprescribing medications and making haphazard diagnosis. She ought to be struck off the medical register.

Dr. Stamboulakis is the rudest doctor I’ve ever encountered. Not only was the consult a complete waste of time and money but we came out feeling germed out as he had the worst cough and shouldn’t have been consulting.

Its always full, dont bother going there if you dont have it booked few days early.and very rude receptions that works there.

My father has been attending this clinic for 27 years and yet was treated very dis-respectfully when he simply attended for a review of his blood test results. He is self employed and was made to wait half an hour even though he pays for the service and is not a pensioner with no empathy for his time being wasted. He was forced to look elsewhere for a new medical provider due to the nonchalant service. It seems that if you don't work, you are prioritised!

Some of the most unhelpful receptions I've encountered. Guys, advice to all who provide Customer service including reception. The word itself is indicative of the meaning; if your'e not happy with your job, move on and let someone who's willing to provide some friendly and helpful service.
