Nancy is INCREDIBLE at what she does! She had so much knowledge and her patience and advice was second to none. The selection of rings was outstanding. I actually went for a colour customisation based on Nancy’s advice. She is that brilliant! Cannot wait to receive the ring! Purchased a wedding ring remotely from Auckland and was very pleased with the result and service from Nancy. I was sent over plenty of options to try and when it came to ordering the final ring it was made, engraved and delivered in a very short timeframe to meet my deadline.

My fiancé and I came to Temple and Grace for wedding rings after looking at many other jewelers. We were greeted by Nancy who helped us find the perfect wedding rings. Nancy was so patient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The whole temple and grace team are amazing. After purchasing an engagement ring from a mainstream retail jeweller we discovered that getting wedding bands made of “exotic” metals ie non gold was very difficult until we met with temple and grace. Meeting with Twisha I still recall her saying “see any design you like we can make it in any metal with any stones you like”. It took all the stress out of finding rings for me and my partner. We ended up buying both rings from temple and grace and my wife has now bought another ring for herself since then. Could not be more pleased with the service and quality.
