Great fine jewellery store. Ann was fabulous, she had so much patience for my fiancé and I when we picked our engagement ring. She showed us as many diamonds and as many ring styles as we wanted. We had the ring made so could not see the final result until we collected it. Ann’s expertise in the business gave us so much confidence in choosing the correct ring.

We recently bought our engagement rings from Temelli Melbourne and the experience was fantastic! We took our time and visited 5 or 6 other competitors, and Temelli stood out to us for their exceptional qality, value and service. A big thank you to James from the Melbourne store, who was outstanding. As I don't live in Victoria, having someone as responsive and attentive as James made the process a breeze. James was even happy to open the store on Easter Monday to fit our schedule. Luckily that wasn't required and we managed to get the rings that we wanted on time and at the best price. Highly recommend the team at Temelli.

The American clerk at this store insulted my engagement ring and made it obvious within minutes that he didn't think my fiancé or myself could afford the wedding rings in this store (I am guessing he judges people's income level based on their clothes and/or age). If it hadn't been so upsetting to be treated this way I would find it amusing since he was quoting at the lower end of our budget. Don't bother giving this store your business - they'll arbitrarily dismiss, belittle, insult you and assume you have no idea what you're talking about.

James at Temelli Jewellery was great to deal with. He provides a quality product and level of service.

Store clerk was incredibly pompous and rude from the second my fiancee and I walked in. He seemed to make assumptions about us based on our appearance and spoke in a belittling tone, as if we were unable to afford his services (his quote was below average so I don't understand why) or knew what we were talking about.

He insulted my fiancee's ring as well. Do not go there.

Temelli exceeded our expectations beyond belief!

We were quite disappointed after going to Janai (just next door). The consultation with Janai was very underwhelming, and impersonal. We felt rushed. Considering that my now fiancée and I were looking for an engagement ring, Janai should be treating each customer with excitement and care. Instead, they treated us like just another number. Not giving us any details about the gems, advising, etc. Just showing us options and then rushing to finish our session. So I'd NEVER recommend Janai to anyone.

With Temelli, however, we knocked on their door just a few minutes after finishing with Janai. They had just shut up shop. But instead of turning us away, they made an exception for us and let us in. A lovely lady answered all our questions and then booked us in for a subsequent consultation with a gemologist.

During the consult, the initial lady told the gemologist about our experience with Janai, so he made sure to do everything Janai did NOT, which is exactly what were looking for. He gave us real good advice about the gems, rings, the time required, etc.

Not only that, but he did something almost unheard of - he got our custom engagement ring done within just one week! He created 3D renders, communicated with us via WhatsApp, and more. He and the Temelli team really went above and beyond!

As a result, my fiancée was able to get her ring in record time and just before she was set to leave overseas. She was over the moon and I was incredibly impressed.

From here on out, if anyone is ever looking to get custom jewelry done in Melbourne, I will always mention Temelli. They're the real done, and deserve every 5-star review they can get.

What an exquisite diamond and gold bangle the team at Temelli Jewellery have designed and created for me! The whole process was fabulous. The price was great too! I dealt with Laurence and he really understood what I wanted and communicated this to the team. I received a phone call every week during the production process to update me. We initially dealt with Laura (designer) who was fantastic in explaining the whole process and then she put us onto John (head diamond buyer). Immediately dealing with John we felt valued and trusted him and his business. He answered all our questions and went over and above to meet our needs keeping us in the loop at every stage. We cannot speak more highly on the service provided by John and also the quality of work by Temelli. John gave us many diamond options within our budget, explained the pros and cons about each diamond and didn't push is to buy, he looked at value for money and best diamond for our budget, he even custom made the ring design from a picture we had in mind and showed us the 3D designs along the way. He also called us to let us know when the diamond arrived so we could inspect it before he put it together with the ring.
