68We had a superb experience at Telstra Elsternwick. The staff, led by Catherine, were simply superb. After booking our appointment, we switched our phones fromVodafone to Telstra. Although there was a few technical difficulties, the staff provided us with complimentary bottles of water and KitKats whilst they ironed out the issues. I fully recommend Telstra Elsternwick.
Asked to make an appointment, and come back hours later to buy a new phone, after being a business customer for years. Genuinely astounding how arrogant the approach is to customers.
A recent visit to this office of Telstra did not really achieve a solution to our poor yet expensive internet service, however David at this Office was honest, interested and really seemed to do his very best to assist. He was also open and clear about his views on the Telstra App which many consumers have frustration with. A Telco with an App that fails the test. Go Figure Thank you David for your effort
So interesting that Vodafone, Optus and Telstra all set up within spitting distance of each other in Glenhuntly Rd - and you know what, - Thank Heavens Dan Andrews does not preside/rule over them, or it would be worse - possible?
This team cant get mobile number in 4 business days for a domestic family violence triage line. THEY LIED ABOUT TIMEFRAMES. Who lies about setting up a DFV phone line. TELSTRA HAVE HIT A NEW LOW. SHARE AND SHAME
Been a Telstra customer all my life and I am75yo but I missed my mobile plan payment last month by 1 day and all I wanted to do was pay it! Telstra thinks everyone knows technology and I am not bad with it but it was just impossible me to pay it online or via an app. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes and no one answered just all voice recognition which took me around in circles. I went to your store today and in 10 minutes I had paid Thank you

My phone needed recharging and there was a problem getting to recharge.
The problem was cleared immediately by a very efficient staff member.
I was very relieved to know it was cleared with no further job or repair needed.
Blatant liars! Went in today at lunch to purchase a IPhone 14 512 GB. They told me their next appointment was at 4.30 pm - this was during work hours so couldn't make it. Told me I would have to come in at 9 am the next day to make appointment. They don't see anyone off the street - wouldn't even be able to book via the telephone had to go to store to make appointment. Asked if I could order online - they said as it was the beginning of the year would take 4 to 8 weeks. Guess what - I ordered an iphone via the telephone - delivery 3 to 5 days. Lies! Lies! Lies! And to my face. Telstra take some responsibility for your brand. Very, very disappointing.
After a super frustrating experience online and over the phone, I had the most amazing experience in this store, all sorted with no fuss in half an hour
I've been dealing with this store for years, they used to be fantastic when they had a franchisee here, he really cared about customers.
Now they don't give a toss.
The worst of all is their supposed "manager" Kyle Redublo. He really doesn't give a hoot.
If you don't want to be treated like doggy doo, don't go there.
I wish I could rate it less than 1 star.
Called and left messages for them to call back every day for 3 days, they call back once from a private number and didn't leave a message. Still waiting
The service today was fantastic. I took my elderly mother to get a new phone as hers had become unusable due to all the 'cleaner' applications that she had installed. The guy who served us was brilliant. He suggested mum wait another 4 months (when her plan ends) to get a new phone and spent around 15 minutes cleaning up her phone for her.
Useless staff. Came in to store over 1 hour before close and was told to leave as they could not be bothered to solve my issue before store closed. Was told to come back tmr but when i tried to call to see if they would actually assist me today I got no reponse! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This has got to be the worst Telstra run shop in the country. The guy taking the booking at the door Treh, was the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. After 3 visits to the store over the weekend and a promised phone call which was not done I have moved to Optus and they completed the request in 15 minutes.
I have had this service with Telstra for 15 years and never had any issues until visiting the Elsternwick Telstra store.
The staff at this store were so helpful and firendly. They helped me with my question and set-up of mobile device in no time! As opposed to the Telstra online and call support centres these people were very helpful! I will never try and call Telstra again. The Support centre hasnt improved for years and probably never will.
Shameful. Never in my 30+ years of living have I experienced worse customer service. After having returned my phone over 6 weeks ago, I have been back and forth to this store several times and been told to wait without a solution or modicum of empathy. I will be cancelling my contract with Telstra as soon as humanly possible. Avoid this store at all costs.
Very impressed with the service received today. Treh went over and above to assist me with the right phone and internet package for my needs.
